“I just wanted to say that Lindsey is an angel who knew I needed her yesterday. I went into the orange park mall with my daughter yesterday to go back to school shopping. It was a very hot day and I was already flustered from a busy day. I went to get out of my car and in an instant locked myself out with literally phone, keys and wallet in the car. I walked around the mall looking for a police officer or security officer but none were in sight. I decided that I was gonna pick a store to see if they could call security for me so I could get ahold of my husband. I walked into Kay Jewelers. Lindsey approached me and asked how she could help and I literally blurted it all out about what had just happened. She immediately offered me her phone and a place to sit to call my husband. In that moment she made me feel like a human. Not like the idiot I felt like for locking everything in the car. She made me feel safe and even offered me to come back after I had used her phone in case I needed anything else. Fast forward to about 3 hours later when I finally got triple A to unlock my doors. I went back in to let her know I had gotten back into my car and to thank her again because seriously she was just so sweet and kind! She greeted me with a hug and even gave my daughter a little toy! I can promise you that I will most definitely be shopping here in the future for any jewelry I’m going to buy! Thank you again Lindsey! You were my angel yesterday and what you did for me yesterday was worth more than anything in this world! It’s refreshing seeing people spreading kindness and love! I hope KAY knows what a gem of a person they have working for them!!”
