“I have to agree with the majority of all these reviews. I took my bracelet that my wife had given me for our 45th anniversary to them hoping they could repair a type of magnetic clasp it had. I was greeted extremely kindly and as the young woman was looking at the clasp, the jeweler walked out and asked her to see the bracelet. He took it to the back and just a few seconds later he walked out and handed it to me saying it's fixed. I was amazed! This family ran store honestly was the kindest and friendliest store I've been in! He didn't even charge me. This store has ALL my business from here on out! I highly recommend them.......DavidG”

“I was recommended and I was no disappointed. I had 3 rings that needed to be resized (my engagement ring, grandmother wedding band and my husband wedding band) in a week time. The service was very affordable and fast, I was worried the rings wouldn't be done in time but they delivered perfectly! “I had a crystal emergency. My daughter's Swarovski tennis bracelet broke the day she needed it for a wedding. She had worn it less than 5 times in as many years, so I was pretty upset. Knowing I couldn't get it fixed same day, I anxiously called our local store to see if I could purchase a new one. Felicia had one and held it so I could dash in and acquire in time for the wedding. Once everything settled down, I went back to drop off the broken bracelet for repair. After seeing that the broken clasp should not have failed after very little use, Felicia replaced it on the spot!
