“I’ve been putting off getting bloodwork done since October due to having Syncope and it’s usually a bad experience for me. I finally made this appointment 2 days ago and was pleased at how many appointments were available so quickly. I checked in and was called back within a few minutes. Vernard was my phlebotomist and I immediately informed him I had syncope and asked if it was possible that I lay down while having bloodwork done. He was so kind and compassionate about my experience which is much appreciated. I hate having to ask for accommodations due to the syncope but he made sure I knew it was no bother. He was quick with the blood draw and made sure I was okay before he sat me up. I just wanted to give him a shoutout because he was kind, funny, and attentive to me and I appreciated him a lot.”

“Kay was the employee that drew my blood. She was so friendly and pleasant throughout the entire procedure. We talked a lot about my fears and past experience and she assured me I had nothing to fear. After looking at my arms, to locate a good vein, I suggested the top of my my hands as those veins really show up more and easier to stick. She agreed and I never felt anything when she placed the needle in. I hope I always get her. She is an asset to your company and a joy to deal with.”
