“The people who work at the UPS store have always proven to be courteous and professional, with one exception: When one asks for a fingerprint scan, the employee could inform the customer that the charge for fingerprint scanning is outrageously high. Had I been informed, I would not have wasted my time going through the process of scheduling an appointment. The total price is over $110. The Sheriff's office will do it for $5. The price tag does not show up until you've entered your information twice, so they get your information, then you get to be shocked by the price. So, don't waste your time. I really wish the employee had warned me that it would be over $110. Can you believe $55 for priority mail? What a racket! The UPS store uses a third-party printscan.com. They should have called it printscam.com”
