Had great experiences at sport clips all over the US, but Bella gave me the best haircut I’ve gotten in the Middleburg/orange park area. She was super kind and took her time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, will return and recommend Bella to everyone!

Estrella Grace gave me exactly the haircut I was looking for while being friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative! The store was clean and tidy. They even walked me through the product and method they used to style my hair!

I went there three different times over a month and a half Time frame. And each time it was several hours before closing time and there was only one person there saying she had to leave and go get her kids and no one showed up to work to take over her spot, And she couldn't take me, the doors were actually locked I had to knock on the door for her to even come to the door to unlock it and tell me this three different times on three different days, So the place was shut down 3 to 4 hours before they were supposed to close on multiple occasions, Then when I finally did get a haircut I waited for an hour and a half she said I was next After the guy before me paid, then I don't know what she did for the next 20 minutes in the back, but by the time she came back out there is another guy there that had checked in online, and she told me to come back and sit in the chair , Next thing I know she was removing me from the chair because she said somebody else just came in that was an online check in and it's policy for them to get the haircut first, Had she not took almost a half hour in the back doing God knows what my haircut would've been done by the time the other guy walked in, So it took two full hours before I even sat in the chair, I was late for my event, and on top of all that She went super fast on my haircut and messed it up Those were my four experiences going to this blanding Boulevard location, I asked for a manager of course she was the only one there, and said she didn't even know who the manager was Because they had all quit, finally she found a phone number of who was supposed to be a manager I called and the lady said she didn't know what I was talking about and she's not a manager and doesn't work at sports clips, I came in because my friend referred me, and he was supposed to get a free haircut for referring me, and the girl didn't even put it in the system said she didn't know how to do it, So my friend never received his free haircut, overall the worst hair Cuttery establishment I've ever visited in my life. Don't waste your time find another establishment. I asked why they were so shortstaffed and she said the owners didn't pay them right, and that she wanted to talk to the owner but had no way to get a hold of them, My guess is she went in the back for 30 minutes and didn't tell anybody because she just didn't care if she lost a job or not because of the pay she didn't feel was fair, and it's probably not seeing how everybody quit according to her. Definitely not how you run a business! I own a business and I would never act like this or run an establishment in this manner

Very quick and friendly service! Chiara cuts my hair and always gives me the most fresh cut of all time! Very easy to talk to and doesn’t “cut” any corners! Been coming here for years!

I’ve been coming to Sport Clips for over a year now. Had Chiara the first time and I’ve kept her since, as she does a phenomenal fade. The staff is all very friendly and I have never had a bad experience.

Been going to this establishment for nearly 3 years now, the establishment is great I always leave happier I come in. Chiara has been cutting my hair for the entirety I’ve been there and every differ style she’s done with my hair as always had me leaving looking better than whenever I came in. Definitely recommend this establishment for a consistent haircut or if you’re looking for something new.
