“Our dog had been shaking his head and scratching one ear for a couple of days, so we brought him in to have it checked. The vet found an ear infection, cleaned the area, and explained how to use the medication at home. I appreciated that they didn't make the visit feel rushed and answered all of my questions before we left. His ear was already bothering him much less after a few days of treatment.”

“I had to bring my dog Judy to Focused pet care an emergency visit last night, and I cannot praise the team enough for how they handled a very stressful situation. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was incredibly professional, calm, and empathetic. They immediately assessed Judy which brought me immense peace of mind right away. The veterinary team kept me updated every step of the way, explaining their findings and treatment options clearly without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. It is clear that the doctors and techs here genuinely care about their patients and understand how frightening emergency situations are for pet parents. The facility was clean, organized, and well-equipped. While no one ever wants to find themselves at an emergency vet in the middle of the night, I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for the top-notch care they provided to Judy.Thank you for looking after my baby so well!”

“Love the Black Creek vets. Both locations are great. Their prices are reasonable and they are always helpful to try to get you in when your pet needs to be seen. I trust them with all of my animals.”

“We started coming here a little over a year ago when we got our pup Ryder. Everyone from Ms Kim and Heather at the front desk, to Dr. Corso and the techs are absolutely amazing. Dr. Corso treats us and our boy like her Family and remembers us not by chart record but by Memory and interaction. Ryder absolutely loves everyone that takes care of him and I am thrilled to have such a great Veterinary team that cares so much about us and our Ryder.”

“hands down - Dr Brown and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have been trying to figure out what was going on with our cat's eyes. After numerous visits with 2 veterinarians, with no results, I called and spoke with Chris. She got us in and Dr. Brown diagnosed what was wrong with him on the first visit. He worked up a game plan and two weeks later he had surgery. The surgery went very well, and our Dexter is completely cured with his eye issues. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet techs were professional, answered all of our questions. If you need an ophthalmologist for your cat or dog, you need to call. You will not be disappointed.”

“Dr. Runnfeldt is an amazing vet! She’s been both of our dogs vet for years and she is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Runnfeldt collaborates with other vets/specialists and really cares about getting the best care for your pet. If my mom spider senses were going off, she wouldn’t make me second guess myself and would support further investigation. She listened and was thorough. I’ve unfortunately had to go to specialists from Dr. Walker in Nassau, Ecovets in St Augustine, Focus ER, and SEVO. And most doctors knew who she was and said she was one of the best vets. I highly recommend Dr. Runnfeldt.”

“Dr. Bartlett and her technician, Kelly, were absolutely wonderful with my cat, Winnie Noel. They were very thorough, friendly and professional.
