“Words can never express how amazing Dr November is. When our 2 year old cat was diagnosed with what we suspected to be cancer Dr November was always there for us. She would take all my phone calls and respected my choices along the way. Last night we said goodbye to our baby girl Salem. Dr Novemberwent went above and beyond yet again. I have never seen a vet euthanize so peacefully and respectfully. It was like Salem was sleeping. Dr November never left our side when we asked if she could stay. While we grieved. She came back multiple times reassuring us we did the right thing. She even gave me a hug and walked us out. I have never grieved that hard in my life. Idk what I would've done without her. This place is magical and I will always hold them dear in my heart. Fly high baby girl. We love and miss you.”

“The exotic bird hospital is amazing! Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I brought a sweet canary with a crooked beak (from my work) and the vet did a wonderful job shaping it up! Also, their prices are fairly reasonable for an exotic vet. They also sell bird toys, perches and food for really good prices! I was able to purchase this cage through making a donation, and adopt the canary (and his buddy) from my work! Thanks again Exotic Bird Hospital”
“Thank you for seeing us as a new patient that Saturday. Our original vet place are closed on the weekend. I found out this place was open and they took me in. I wanted to check with a regular vet first before I took Ferby to the ER. His glucose were very high. It was to the point were I can't manage it. They recommended me to take him to the ER. The Vet was very nice and compassionate. I had to do a 25$ deposit on the phone to secure my spot. Which I did not mind because it was an emergency.”
“One of our backyard chickens found herself egg bound. Not only does this vet see chickens, they saw our Gertie girl the same day, saving her life. The staff is extremely kind and empathetic and were just as concerned for our girl as we were. Incredibly grateful and highly recommend.”

“Very professional and knowledgeable. Fair and unlike most vets reasonable.A few years back my cat Hunter was having issues urinating. Quickly became septic and was dieing fast. In extreme pain I drove him around and heard vets tell me they wanted anywhere from 1800-2500 just to start. They knew he needed a catheter and antibiotics but suggested surgery first and expensive tests or just to put him down.Nearly 5pm at this point I had spent 4 hours with no luck as he was slowly passing I contemplated putting him down. My last option was hidden hills animal hospital. They without asking for money upfront took him and immediately gave him a catheter and antibiotics, kept him for a day or two and gave him back. I didn't deserve how I was treated that day and thank them for the extreme measure of grace I was given.Most grateful, Aaron”

“My two kitties were in for their annual checkup. Staff is courteous, loving to animals and did their best to make frightened kitties feel safe and at ease. Listened to what you tell them about animals health and made recommendations to resolve any issues. The biggest of course was the treats during and after exam, and all the petting and petting and petting while all the invasive stuff was going on. This is the first time my little female kitty was not terrified and she is 15years old. Thank you Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital. Was easy to get an appointment and prices were reasonable.”
“This is the best animal clinic I've ever been to! They only take care of cats. And they are so caring and attentive. My cat did not try to bite them. And they use a new way to take cat temperatures not the butt one. She has a lot of tests and cost was just over 500. Much cheaper thananimal hospitel mandarin and that staff is great! If you have cat try this place!!! It won't disappoint . So much better than the other place( for cats)”

“After going to several different vets before finding somewhere we really loved we found ourselves at Mandarin Veterinary. The front office staff is kind and welcoming and they are great with scheduling. The office is always super clean and smells nice, and the wait is always reasonable. Drs Jones and Bernardo and their clinical staff are also top notch, these people have been angels on earth. They have done grooming, cared for my pets routine health issues and have helped us navigate more serious things that required a specialist. They explain everything, never have hidden fees, are upfront and realistic with all sides of care while remaining compassionate. The doctors even call personally to follow up with me and check on my pets. I really can’t say enough great things about mandarin vet clinic.”

“They were fast to fit me in, called me to make sure they had the proper information bc my dog is reactive, worked with me on everything and we're all around so wonderful and it has been the best vet experience I've had in YEARS. my dogs reactivity makes it hard to find a vet bc people get nervous of him due to his size and the fact I bring him in muzzled and the staff here showed no fear only love and care and he felt that and did so so well there the best he ever has at a vet. I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“This was our second visit to the Animal Hospital. I called Monday about our 16 year old dog making wheezing sounds, shaking and being lethargic. I was thinking the worst and after I explained her symptoms I said “we just don’t want her to be in pain”. Again thinking the worst. The young lady asked if I could bring her the next day first appointment and we would take it step by step (very calming & caring).When we went in and she was evaluated… she has an upper respiratory infection (most likely) and they offered for us to try medicine to see if it works prior to doing labs & x rays (again 16 year old pup). They were caring, kind and gave us confidence in our decision to try medicine first without making us feel bad. IThe following day we received a call from the Doctor checking on our pup. We would not hesitate to recommend them.”
