“Urgent ultrasound request was done same day. Very responsive accommodating and friendly kind staff. Worked in a special blood test and allowed us a quiet private room to wait to reduce anxiety in my dog. Dr Kelsey McKenna was fabulous. Took time to review results and discuss treatment options. Open friendly and kind. Office was quiet calming and immaculate. Even accommodated a nail trim request with pleasure. Clean smelling exam rooms large and well lit. Excellent experience from start to finish. When my regular vet retires I will absolutely transfer here.”

“Southside Animal Clinic is the best! So compassionate and caring. It’s rare to see an office where EVERYONE is awesome. from the office staff to the techs to the vets - they’re all kind and competent. They give you clear options and are happy to take their time answering questions. Sadly, I had to put one of my cats down on this visit. As awful as that experience is, they really made it the best it could be. They have a nicer room with couches and tissues and kitty treats to make it as cozy as possible as you say goodbye to your fur baby. They talk you through everything and give you as much time as you need.”

“The best vet I've ever been to bar none. Dr Holly is so sweet and kind and keeps you informed every step of the way. They are experts in both emergency care (like when our dog was but by a venomous snake) and annual visits alike. They've worked with us on what we need to prioritize and what can wait while finding the best solution for our dogs based on our budget. Truly compassionate care.”

“Dr Parker, the front desk staff, and the vet assistants are great. Hidden Hills has been our veterinarian for many years and has never disappointed us. From routine exams to assisting with the compassionate passing of a loved pup, they have always done so with kindness and gentleness. The chicken free doggy “cheese whiz” treat offered at my dog’s recent visit really got her helicopter tail spinning!”

“This was my first time visiting this clinic, and I had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly kind and patient, even when my cats were being a little grumpy during some of their tests. I was genuinely impressed by how thorough the exam was. They checked things that I’ve never seen other veterinarians examine before and really took the time to make sure everything was covered. It truly felt like a comprehensive exam, and I left feeling confident that my cats were receiving excellent care. I also really love that this clinic is feline-only. You can tell they truly understand cats and know how to make their care as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I’m so happy to have found a clinic where I feel confident bringing my pets, and I would absolutely recommend them to other cat owners!”

“My Daisy is a nervous girl and can get nippy, as a precaution I put a soft muzzle on her for the safety of the staff. The entire staff is aware and treat her with the most gentle touch and soft voices to make her visits as easy as possible to cause her the least amount of stress. For that, I am very grateful.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kaiser and her clinic! She has been the vet for all of our pets for over 25 years and you just cannot get better care for your animals than the care they receive from her. She truly cares, is very knowledgeable, is very compassionate, and does not order a bunch of unnecessary tests, medications, or products.”

“Dr. Williams was the first vet I came to after relocating with my 12 year old Siamese cat. Soon after the first visit my cat was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I supported my cat for 8 months after the diagnosis, with daily medication, special diet, frequent emotional vet visits, and pain management. This was the cat I rescued at the age of 18; I was devastated. But Dr. Williams was there for us every step of the way, she answered all questions, responded to phone calls quickly, and knew exactly how to comfort a pre-grieving pet parent. I would recommend this vet practice to anyone. The office staff are friendly over the phone and in person, the vet techs are caring, and Dr. Williams is one of the best vets I’ve ever visited.”

“I think I’m a regular here at this point 😂Scooter, Blackie Bear, and I love everyone here! The staff loves and cares about my boys and my boys love their attention and treats. Thank you to Dr Chandler for doing a phenomenal job on Scooters eye removal surgery! Words can’t describe how happy I am with his recovery especially with him being a senior. Im so glad the mass was non cancerous but also that the surgery site was done with such care and looks so clean. If it’s not a perfect job then it’s as close as you can possibly get to perfect. I was very nervous to have my childhood dog be put under for a major surgery, so I asked for some time so I could discuss with his primary and think it over. I didn’t feel judged about needing to think about it or wanting to double check that he was going to be ok going under since he has some other old man issues. In addition, I feel that the pricing is very fair for a specialty veterinary service. I was honestly expecting ER like prices for a visit at first but I was happily surprised that that was not the case. I also very much appreciate that Dr Chandler explains everything to me and even goes into detail about what certain medications he has seen help in practice and others not so much/ what he’s read and what he has discussed with his colleagues over the years. I feel like that shows that he is interested in continuously expanding his knowledge and experience with different medication paths and services. My cat has a disease that affects his vision and can be a bit tricky to maintain. But I like how I’m always given plenty of options and never pressured into choosing one over another. They talk through it with me, I give them my answer, and that’s that. All of the staff I’ve had have been very kind and great at communicating with me. They remember who I am and ask about my boys even if they aren’t my tech for the day. Reception is very personable, you can have a conversation with them like normal humans, rather than feeling like you’re being rushed out of the door. Overall, I have 0 complaints. If you have a tight schedule just try to get an early morning appointment. I don’t mind waiting if I need to, since it’s worth the quality care I’m always given.”

“Went to Beltway for an emergency since my regular vet office was overbooked and unable to take my Ellie. They accepted us, took care of my pet with care. Every staff member from the desk to the doctor were friendly and answered all of my questions. Price for exam and 3 medications was less than just an exam at my local vet ER. If their office was closer to our home, I would consider switching all of our vet needs to them.”

“The staff at Atlantic Vet goes above and beyond... They recognize real people, real life situations, and approach every medical decision with clear information, tact, and genuine care. They truly feel like that old mom & pop neighborhood vet from your childhood. They care, they recognize all the nuances of life circumstances and pet ownership, and are real life earth angels! Never an ounce of judgment, always the best treatment, honesty, transparency with pricing, and starts at the least invasive treatment option instead of jumping full speed ahead to worst possible (and most expensive) scenario. They haven't been jaded by this heart wrenching business and you can tell they genuinely possess great empathy about pets, people, and their real lives and capabilities. Beautiful practice, beautiful human beings, and I hope they can pass their knowledge and legacy to up and coming providers that could truly benefit from their knowledge, 'bedside manner', and communication style. Big brains ? critical, creative thinkers, even bigger hearts. True generosity. Not a bad thing to say to about this entire practice. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their service to our community and to my own family. xx”
