When I picked up Pepper’s ashes, they had made me a print of her paw which was nice to have. The staff also sent me a personal letter with their condolences. “Conan was bitten by something (we think a spider ) and had a cyst full of puss, he was in pain , we are kind a new to the area and check the reviews in this office.
