When I picked up Pepper’s ashes, they had made me a print of her paw which was nice to have. The staff also sent me a personal letter with their condolences. “A great vet. Been coming for years. I greatly appreciate that they do things in front of me rather than taking my pups to the back. They've helped me on two occasions with time sensitive issues. Communication is great and the prices are incredibly reasonable. My only complaint is the teeny tiny parking lot lol.”
