“Cheap gas and Costco quality. Even though the volume of business is astounding they do the best they can to move cars thru. I've pulled into a line stretching out to the road and still been done pumping my gas in less than 15 minutes.
I believe they could double the number of pumps and still have a line, because the size of the line undoubtedly causes lots of people to go elsewhere.”

“Gas is ALWAYS the cheapest here! You can pull up to the pump regardless of what side your gas tank is on. The pumps reach over to accommodate as there is only one way to pull in and one way to pull out!”
“Today was another wonderful day at Sam's club. Sunday Sunday I will have to say you would have to have the patience of a Saint if you're gonna get gas. Other than that it's great there's always new stuff coming out they always have what you need for the most part. The employees are nice and courteous and helpful cardiac and household. The parking lot as clean there might be random cart to your nail carts here and there but not enough to get bent out of shape over.”

“I would have given five stars if they had a granola that I like to get but I definitely will give five stars for customer service. As I was in the self checkout lane and assistant Sergie helped me without me asking. She came up and scanned all of my items for me. She was helpful and kind and to be honest, I'm not used to that level of customer service nowadays. It was nice and refreshing to have an employee that's kind and helpful without being asked. Don't lose her! She is a great asset to the BJ's team you should want more employees like her.”
“I was having some vibration when my Honda Civic exceeded 55mph ... another tire place said it was a bad tire mount. I was suspicious since i had replaced the mounts 1 year before.They also said i needed new tires. I decided to get a quote from BJ's where i have had a membership for a couple years.
I had never used their tire service. The Bjs price on 4 new name brand tires with balance included- was $247 less than the other place. When we picked up the car Rocky ( I believe the manager) came out to tell us that there was a bad sensor and he had to replace. He said he would cover the cost of the sensor which allow alerts when tire pressure is low.
SO After driving the Civic at 65mph-
NO VIBRATION.

“I really like BJs because it's so close to home. I do enjoy the option to use manufacturer coupons. They have good deals on some stuff if you know what to look for. But I think their selection on items could be better. It's good enough for me to not drive to the next warehouse store unless I need something BJs doesn't offer.”
