I used the 11th hour business center to ship 8 packages after an event and Andrea and team were all really kind and provided a seamless service. They picked up my packages from the ballroom and took care of measuring, weighing, and labeling. It was a breeze!

This post is a couple of months late, but here goes. I was in Orlando for a conference and needed to ship my booth back to California. Gio was very kind and helpful and went out of his way to help be get my shipment labeled and ready to go and shipped. The business office was very busy and everyone was anxious to get their shipment out. Gio helped everyone in turn and took his time with each of us. I really appreciated his help.

11th Hour came through in my 11th hour! I needed flyers printed with a quick turnaround and I recevied my order less than five hours after placing it (including hotel delivery). Prices were far more reasonable than the FedEx Office at the convention center so if you need any last minute printing, hit up 11th Hour. Chasity was wonderful to work with!

Thank you so much to Luis and Kendrick from the 11th Hour at the Hyatt for the help in locating and getting my 3 packages to me. Luis was went over and beyond in making sure I got my items. I explained the importance and he made sure I got the items extremely quickly! Kendrick who delivered the items was friendly, gracious and helpful as well. Thank you both for all your help and saving the day!

Overcharged for package delivery at their location in Disney World. Apparently their scales are not accurate so verify the weight of your package!
