This was my first time hiring long distance movers and from the very start I was impressed with First Class Moving and Storage. They took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t hesitate to adjust the quote multiple times as I decided certain things would not be going anymore. I got several quotes from different company they were one the higher end but the quality of service, guaranteed delivery date, and promise of no additional charges sold me. I got a txt the day before the move with what time they would arrive, they were promptly there at the start of the arrival window. They took car with all my belongings, wrapping each piece of furniture and boxing up glass table top, mirror, and TV. My things were delivered on the date requested and again got a txt the day before with the delivery window. Movers showed up promptly at the start of the arrival window. There was no up charges and the price was exactly as quoted. The movers got all my belongings to the third floor. They were efficient and professional. No major damage to anything. I was so stressed about this move and 1st Class Moving and Storage made the process so easy! Highly recommend!

We hired 1st Class Moving & Storage to relocate some furniture from a second home in Windermere to my house in Apopka and my daughter’s house as a second stop. They notified us of the time window the day before and showed up slightly earlier than expected, which worked in our favor. The three men were polite and efficient. They did a great job packing paintings, lamps, a mirror, and miscellaneous items along with the big furniture pieces. At my home, they protected the floor and were careful when placing the furniture where I wanted. Overall, I was very pleased with their professionalism, reasonable pricing, and clear communication. I highly recommend this company.

They were awesome. Everything went very well with my move. They were very professional. I feel they went above and beyond to help me with my packing and move. This wasn’t my first time making a major move and they were better than I’ve ever had. If I ever move again I’ll be calling them again. I have never had a move where things weren’t damaged. I had nothing to complain about.

We used 1st Class Moving and Storage for our move from Westminster, MD to Deland FL. This was one of the most stressful times of my life and the crew in MD and in FL were the best. All staff was professional, personable. Never stopped working (the temperature in both places were extremely hot) In 10 or 15 years when we decide to move again, we are definitely going to use 1st Class Moving and Storage.

Moved last week with this company. Move went good but had some items of sentimental value and dollar value disappear. The tray these items were in is still with me but the items are the only things missing. Called and spoke to a manager but all he said was he would check the truck which has been used every day since. Yeah, not much help and he said he doesn't think his men had anything to do with it. I guess I'm out these items. Not very comforting. They from my father who passed away.

Thank you 1st Class Moving and Storage for being responsive, communicative, careful and courteous in moving my daughter's household from Florida to Maryland. As an Army Veteran I have experienced many moves, but never seen a company that took such great care to make a move trouble-free and easy. The teams were very careful and considerate. Justin was so helpful during the planning and moving process. I will definitely use this company again should the need arise.

Best moving company in Central Florida hands down! Had my 3 bedroom house moved from Orlando to St Pete in the same day (which included taking apart and reassembling a massive king sized bed frame, a 5 part sectional and a teak bar set) all at an extremely reasonable price. Total pros!

I have had a lot of issue with moving companies in the past and was reluctant going into the move. Joseph assured me that they would take care of everything and they did. We had 2 households to move to one new location so this was not a simple move. They sent enough trucks and personnel to handle the job and even though it ended up costing us a few hundred more we were very satisfied with the end result. It took almost the entire day but these guys kept at it and got us into our new home with very little stress or issues.

We have used them twice in the past year. Once across multi states and once locally. From scheduling to actual moving day they are professional and careful with our belongings. We would definitely recommend them.
