I came in during Christmas Eve to see if they could help me with an issue I had with a minibike I ordered online. Memo and his team were eager to help! Fortunately there wasn’t so much of an issue with the bike, it was more my lack of understanding of how it’s supposed to be installed. lol 😅 Thankfully memo was very insightful about how the tire installation works for dirt bikes, maintenance and even recommended an even more reliable minibike for the future if my kids liked this one! I had bought a cbr 250r from someone on Facebook marketplace, to make a long story short, guy I bought it from told me he took care of the bike when clearly he didn’t. I randomly called 2 wheels heaven and got connected with Gray. He not only helped me understand what needs to happen by being very knowledgeable, but he also treated me like I was not just a customer, he understood my feelings with my 250r. After all said and done, Gray even helped me out on pricing. If there’s a place where you can take your bike to get fixed, it’s here at 2 wheels and the person to have is definitely anyone of them but Gray specifically was the go to person.

The best place to take your bike! I needed parts on my engine fixed and they were able to tow my bike so quickly and communicated with me throughout the whole process! They also explained to me all the parts I needed, making sure I completely understood all that needed to be done before they worked on it! They are all beyond patient and very welcoming, the prices are amazing as well. They don’t make you get anything you don’t need or upsell.:) Couldn’t recommend a better place

I wanted to give Axel and Mehmet a 5-star review. I'm really glad to have found this shop. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find great mechanics who genuinely care about the quality of their work and customers. I struggled to find a shop who would work on my Guzzis. No problem for these guys. They carefully listened to my concern and fixed my bike without issue. I was pleasantly surprised! More recently, they completed a comprehensive service on my son's KLX. Although I only took it in for a fork service, they pointed a few other items that the bike needed and got those fixed too. I never felt like they were laying on the pressure which I appreciated. I'm glad we have 2 Wheels Heaven in Orlando!
