It’s a decent gift shop to be in the ICON park but the employees need to be change cause the service was absolutely terrible. No hi welcome in ?

My husband, myself, and a couple friend of ours came in to get something for our fridge! I came in and was immediately greeted with “We close in 3 min” . No manners or educate at all. I then proceeded to respond with “ok, we I am just looking for a magnet” she said “ok” she then said the same thing to our friends. Someone came from the back yelling something to the another employee and said to my friend who was beside me AGAIN!! “We close in 3min”. She said “Yes, we are aware”. After all of this we all felt uncomfortable and decided it was best to leave.
Every place has its time of closing and we respected their time, but they did NOT respect us at all.
I would not recommend this shop.

Disney souvenir and gifts store needs a better employee

After paying for my hotel. I wanted to get some souvenirs to send back to my family. And since it was still early I wandered in here. I was looking at shirts. And then the Minnie ears. Then I saw the magnets and key rings. $52.00 dollars later. I have my sequin Minnie ears. Yes I preparing for my next trip to Disney. Service was fast. Store can get busy with tourists.

Icon Park has several mechanical attractions.... the Flying Chairs and the Giant Wheel are its main amusement....It is very family-friendly and a recommended place to visit in Orlando FL.

Amazing strip with lots of restaurants/bars. I came here on vacation and they had a Christmas tree, which was beautiful. Lots of people but a beautiful atmosphere!

The store is nice but their employees are rude and dismissive. My husband asked to be helped to get something out of the glass to buy & the girls at the register were just standing there talking pointing at each other to go get it. First of all it’s your job doesn’t matter who does it you’re all on the clock! Then whoever came to help him asked him if he was going to buy it or not because people just make her go over there to ask for prices and don’t take anything. Like ok? Again, that’s your job!!!!! If you don’t like it leave. Check your employees for better customer service! ?
