Bad customer service - rude cashiers

Two separate times we have had nothing but a horrendous experience at this 7-11 store. Today, however, takes the cake. My fiancé and I wanted some taquitos after church so we walked in, and at the time their selection of taquitos was low, there were only four left, so my fiancé, who has autism, grabbed them for me with the tongs as I am in a wheelchair and cannot myself. My fiancé was then very loudly and rudely informed that the taquitos on the bottom rack were not yet cooked, were not yet for sale, and were “hard as rocks, and hard as hell, bro.” I politely explained that he didn’t mean to grab those. There was no signage stating that they were not yet cooked nor was there any stating they were not yet for sale. I was then told that indeed, “he knew,” and they were ripped from him as he was told, “these have to be thrown away now.” Up to this point, we still don’t understand why, despite this, the ones he chose could not be cooked for us anyway, but I digress. I was then told that chicken wings were available, but when I reiterated that I wanted taquitos, I was told that they would not be ready for another 30 to 45 minutes, to which I said, that’s fine, I’ll wait for my food. The staff member then yelled, saying, “not here you won’t.” Needless to say I was very angry, and we left without purchasing anything, and subsequently after we left, their behavior caused my fiancé an autistic meltdown which causes both severe emotional and physical pain. We will not be back to this location ever again.

Selling raw chicken wings, I told the man they don't look cooked all the way he saying they is just by the look at them u can tell I get them and take one bite and it's red full of blood on the inside how hard can it be to cook chicken in a oven .

Went Sunday 13th October morning at 5am, the ladies behind the desk were cool and friendly. No issues here, I’m a Brit so not sure on the products or the offers and they were very helpful.

The two ladies who are typically behind the counter every afternoon during the week are awesome. They're always so nice and friendly to me, and they knock out their line with the quickness. I'm shocked to see negative reviews about them, because I see them treat all their customers the same way they treat me. My guess is the people complaining about them we're being jacka$$es but conveniently left that part out.

Come in to get a few items and get harassed by staff through the entire checkout process. Two ladies working the counter need to be retrained on customer service.
