This is the icon of the worst 7-Eleven ever. I walked in, and the first thing I noticed was the dried and burned pizza and wings under the heat lamp. They had clearly been there for several hours. I moved on to the big-bite hotdogs. No buns in the bun-warmer drawer! Also, no mustard, onions, relish, sauerkraut, cheese, or chili! Just ketchup packets. So I move on to get a Cuban sandwich. They had them and the Philly Cheesesteaks. These are supposed to be heated in a press. They don't have one!!! Locations such as this one give the entire company a horrible reputation. Thankfully, the locations in Kissimmee are managed properly. I will not be returning to this poorly managed, under-staffed, ill-equipped excuse for a convenience store again!

Staff rude I literally was trying to enter the store and the lady locked the door so I couldn’t enter . The store is 24 hours so what was the reason for locking the door .

Glad I asked to use the washroom first before spending money here. Wont let you use the bathroom saying their bathrooms are closed.

I stopped by the gas station, and there was no one inside the store or at the pumps. I just needed to quickly purchase a car wash since the machine wasn’t working. However, instead of being greeted with a simple ‘good morning,’ the employee lectured me for parking in the wrong spot. I explained my situation, but the interaction felt unnecessarily unpleasant. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired.

Crazy how this store hire, soul-less people. If I come with a positive Attitude to just be treated with...what you want. And look extremely annoyed, because I came here wanting to get gas for my car. I think it time to find another place that's not customer service driven.

Came in to get a coffee. They smell like weed and where stone to the bone. Love the smell but they where stone lol and then a customer came in and he wanted gas and he only spoke Spanish (I helped them) but one of them was saying why do people that don’t speak English come to America. The whole time I was left ?.
