This is for the 711 on international. Cashier Money..She was EXTREMELY rude with the face mask mandate. She yelled at me, as a disabled veteran..im exempt under executive order. I told her that and showed her and she was still rude. Once I spoke of of a civil lawsuit she wanted to remove her mask and yell more. Then threaten me like she's a lawyer. She left the cashier desk to follow me outside to my car. She instigated everyone in the store against me and created a scene at the front desk. This unnecessary for someone with a severe medical condition. Lawsuits coming. This is totally unexceptable for 711.

Worse 7 eleven ive ever been too i showed up at 11 pm on 9/14/20 the worker had locked the door,left the phone off the hook and turned down multiple costumers by walking away and ignoring the paying costumers im outraged

I rarely leave a bad review, unfortunately this place warrants it. I stop here occasionally strictly out of convienence en route to work. I'm definitely going to need to find an alternative. To begin, the exterior is a mess. Potholes all over parking lot. Even the door walking in, dirty. The interior just as dirty. The staff? Consistency rude. Not once have I ever been greeted or thanked. One visit, I could hear the two workers downtalking/ gossiping about another co worker- explicit words and all within feet from me. Very unprofessional. They are often out of product. One observation over course of two consecutive days- supplies at coffee station out the day before still not stocked the following day. Save yourself a stop here, find a better place that actually takes pride in service and their establishment.

I've visit few 7-Eleven and never came across one that had horrible customer service until I walked into this one. This store is only .1 miles from my office and I would rather drive 15 miles to get better customer service. There was a staff who was mopping the floor was yelling because the customers were tracking some of the areas that she had just mopped. I WILL NEVER GO BACK INTO THIS STORE EVER IF YOU PAID ME....

Service doesn't get much worse or slower than this place. They completely ignore customers and make them last on their "things to do" list. Cashiers (plural) standing around while there's a long line of people waiting to be cashed out. Go to Walgreens on International Drive, they make their customers TOP PRIORITY.

I have given this store a lot of money over the last couple of years. They consistently fail to fix the printers at the pumps so you have to go inside. I actually believe they do this in purpose. The manager in the morning is rude and mean. I hope 7 Eleven has a plan for her to get a reduced price on anger management classes. Great location but will drive for miles with a smile on my face knowing I don't give this store one more nickel.

Stopped at this store to grab a sandwhich for lunch and noticed the deli cooler wasn't at a proper temperature and the prepackaged sandwhiches were at room temperature.

We bought these Rapid Acting Protein gummies here. When we got back to our room we realized the sell by date on them was 01/18/18. The current date was 08/23/18. We ran out of time, as far as returning them goes. This 7-Eleven had a very limited selection of items (even for a 7-Eleven). If you're staying at the Point Resort this is your only coffee place, nearby, after 11 am. If you're walking you just have to be careful near the grassy/tree covered area (at least that's what we were told). . . The service by the cashiers here is great however. All of them were friendly and helpful. They just need to check dates a little better on their limited selection of products...

NO. I was in mood for ice cream and the only place in the area that is opened late at night is 7-11. Went to back freezer and found so many ice cream containers with sticky residues (looked like honey but firmer). Finally found one without stickness and brought it back to my hotel. When I opened it, it was foamy... uh, all melted. There was not a firm ice cream portion anywhere in the carton. Either you could pour it into the sink or drink it up to have a stomach fit. I called 7-11 and they said I had to go back to the store the same night for a $5.99 refund (yes, it was that much for a tiny individual carton). Why they have spoiled foods on their shelves, I'll never understand.

This is the most disorganized 7-Eleven that I frequent in the area. The manager is always rude whenever I make a simple request. Ex. Napkins, separate food container, fresh food. The only reason I continue to stop here is because of the location, otherwise I would never go back. Customer service is terrible.

First off let me say that this location loses two stars right off the bat for having the worst bathrooms i have seen in any location in recent memory. If you have a baby don't bother bringing it here for a diaper change, the table is broken. The amount of filth in the restroom anyway should be a clue to find a different place anyway. Other than that this location is your typical 7-11 location. This location even has a car wash and a larger extended parking lot than most other locations.

The manager felt the need to follow me and my husband around the store. I guess she thought we were going to steal. Honey you just ruined it for your store, because we work very close to your location and we will spread the word! Of course I DID NOT spend my hard-earned money here! What a shame. I'll stick with WAWAs.
