I’ve stopped by this 7-Eleven a number of times, and the two ladies who work here are always so kind and respectful. They go out of their way to be helpful, and it makes every visit a good experience. Honestly, it’s some of the best service I’ve had at any convenience store.

The BEST customer service all three times we visited during our time in Orlando. There separate cashiers and all were extremely helpful and kind. I wish we had this specific location near my hometown in Ohio!

Guy at counter is hardworking. Place not big but ok clean. There is hot food. We are so glad to see the Bahama Mama hotdog. We haven’t seen those around for a long time. Still a bit delicious and spicy but it’s not like what it was years ago. We still enjoy them. The big gulp any size is $1 each. That goes well with the spicy hot dog. I’ll return.

Not much to chose from food wise. I went there for that reason since it was walking distance from Garnet. People skills or lack of on full display. I did get a half sub and bag of chips for 7 and change. Sub was descent. The Classic Italian one

I really had no idea that it’s such a low review here. But I live near it in walking distance and me and my man and baby love the people that work there. Even when I’m tired and not as talkative they don’t get rude there so nice. Ex specially the black lady with nice long hair both of them actually. But there so sweet and they treat my little with so much kind and respect and I honor that a lot. So happy this is my local 7/11 idk what was going on like 3 months ago but for this past 2 months it’s been amazing

I don’t agreee with the low reviews at all!
My first time at the 7/11 from Canada and the young lady (Miss A) was extremely extremely kind and helpful!
Our first here in Orlando and she helped find what we were looking for.
Like she really went above and beyond to help us! She was sooo helpful!

Agent A and Agent K are the best. They make the store work. The manager is a workhorse. They make my drive to work a peasant on disipte all the traffic.

Every time I come here in the same black young lady working for whatever reason the store is always closed. The sign is always up. She’s always sitting in a car with some guy and I know for a fact the owner does not know that his store is closed while he’s been employed to sit in the car and I just felt the need to report this because this is like the fourth time I’ve come to the store and his location is full and she’s always like what’s up what you need What do you mean what I need? I would like to get gas but unfortunately I can’t get gas because the incompetent employee that is working here night after night

The gentleman Cashier working today was very polite and had good customer service. Unfortunately the other staff was not. I have never come across such an empty and unclean 7/11 before this. They were out of everything. I imagine that was partly due to the hurricane Milton. But it definitely lacked cleanliness. All of the coffee selections came out as hot water only. The sealed nacho containers had chili dried up and spread all over them. The condiments were a mess. It was like a food fight had recently occurred. I opened the microwave to heat something up and the top liner of the microwave was hanging down blocking being able to use it. After I pushed it back up the bottom of the microwave had large spots of dried chili and cheese on it. They had only 1 available slurpee flavor out of 10. They had no small lids to fit on the slurpee cups or soda cups. The hot case was empty except 2 pieces of pizza. The donuts were hard and definitely old. They did have a couple flavors of rollers cooking bug they were not ready yet. They had a hot dog that was so shriveled up it looked like Spinge Bob when he is beyond dehydrated. It was more Jerky like than a hot dog. I can honestly say I was very disappointed. We were not able to get the basic things we needed for our road trip here. We ended up having to leave and go to WAWA. This place needs some serious TLC and work to be done.

This is a very clean, store. The staff are courteous and they are fast at checking out at registers. Items are always fully stocked. The bathrooms are clean.
