I left my home at approximately 9:30 pm which I only had two bottles of wine only which is 8 oz of glass each and I arrived at 711 at approximately 11:40 and I head back to see what I can buy I picked up 211 which is Steel Reserve and I asked what does a cup of ice cost she said .25 then I got a cup and I toke up to the counter and I said I do not need ice because 211 which is Steel Reserve is cold because they keep it in the cooler and the casher was so rude to me she even curse me out and said I was drunk and I was not because it takes "On average, most people can break down a half of a drink every 30 minutes. A large glass of wine takes about 3 hours to completely metabolize, whereas some drinks can take as long as 6."I said I not need ice if the cup is going to cost me .25 and she need to be fired and written up. I am disabled and she had me walk to the next store witch is wawa and it toke me approximately 10 mins to get there and when I went in I look for 211 which is Steel Reserve and toke it up to the counter and asked how much would it cost for a cup of ice and she said it is free and asked if I smell like I was drunk and she said no and I told her about what happen to me so I give five stars to wawa to get it right...

The Indian clerk in the morning tried to lure me with buying more drink with stupid trucks and charged me incorrectly. I found out and corrected him. His Indian manager was next to him and did not say anything. Looks like they have been deceiving customers like that. Dishonest!

Always depends on store and quality of employees there as to customer experience because high prices of goods at all of them is commonplace! The only reason to shop is convenience!

Bad experience, staff inside the store were very rude with many customers, I found a paper attached to restroom door that says “out of order” picture attached, I proceeded to ask why, and one employee stated that they didn’t want to clean it, and is closed for public, I was very disappointed to see this type of behavior, hopefully someone from upper management sees this rude behavior, and do the appropriate corrections with all store employees to improve the customer service experience, this gives terrible image to the 7-Eleven franchise

The staff is very friendly and they keep this store clean. I love toward you getting my morning lottery tickets before work. They even have great wings, who would of known 7/11 is the wing spot!

I don’t think it’s possible to give less than one star on Google, but that is where I would be on this one. Just walked into the store with coffee spilled all over the counter at the coffee bar. The store was a mess filthy. The employee behind the counter was wearing a white T-shirt and jeans and on a personal phone call using nothing but profanity they could be heard across the store. When I approached the counter, I didn’t even get greeted because she was still on her call. Then she took my purchase along with someone else’s on another register switch back over, told me to have a great day and continued her conversation. I can’t imagine cells in this location to be great if they are it is by chance because of its location and definitely not because of its staff. I have no problem with people having personal conversations, but when you’re shooting profanity, that includes four letter words, often in a place of business it can’t be good for the business, especially if it’s coming from the ones running the business, her lack of respect for the job was obvious, considering the condition of the store and the way she portrayed herself as an employee of 7-Eleven.

Worst 7/11, I used to stop here almost every morning now I rarely do and because of the rude dike African woman/man not rly sure. When pulled up this morning washed is always rude. This time she was sitting in her car rollin blunt while customers are inside waiting to buy food. Not surprised though.

I currently walked in to use the public restroom and the African-American lady that was extremely rude stating there was no bathroom available because she did not want to offer the public restroom during open business hours while people are preparing for flights and work. (6:25am) January 10, 2023

Customer service was horrible the girl was on the phone when I walked in she sitting on a chair getting greet me she was not helpful with my rewards I have 2100 rewards and I tried to get me something for lunch to eat and she gave me an attitude and told me I had to pay for it and told me to get out of the store not a good place she is with an attitude is 12:52 in the afternoon horrible service
