Very unhappy with your partnership with TRL towing, I parked in front of your store was in the store waiting for the customer in front of me to pay for his items and a tow truck pulls up and comes in the store asking who is the owner of a white Hyundai I didn’t respond because my car is a white Kia not Hyundai so while I am waiting for your clerk to finish assist the paying customer I went outside and TRL towing was hooking up my car to be towed. I was less than 5 minutes in the store check your surveillance cameras inside and out on 1/1/25 New Year’s Day at 9:15pm - 9;30 pm. So this means I can’t go into the store less than a minute because your towing car company partners will tow my car? How much are you getting on rebate for every car they tow in that parking lot when the customer is going into your store to make a purchase, I will never go back to your store in fear of getting my car towed, because they yelled the wrong car or I was in the back and couldn’t hear. This is unacceptable and not good for your business.

Went in for a coffee refill and the lady behind the counter tried to charge me full price. She even saw me bring my cup back in. I know I'm homeless but If I can't purchase a cup of coffee without the rude acting I'll go somewhere else. 2.55 for a refill versus a 7 11 a mile away for 1.06. this lady needs to be terminated before I go back.

My car was towed because the manager said I wasn’t in the store which was wrong. I was parked with my handicap placard. The parking lot was not even full. This guy is a crook. I guess he gets a commission from the towing company. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !!!

BE WARNED! Imagine being towed for being a regular customer. No signs at the location saying that you can't leave your car parked for more than 15 minutes etc. Cashier got all defensive/agressive when all I asked for was for the towing company phone number. I am never going to shop at any 7 eleven ever again.

A terrible 711 that allows crazy homeless to go inside the store, follow a 20 year old girl around the isles, and scream at her that she’s going to prison. Stay away at all costs.

Just witnessed an employee (older man with ponytail) sell drugs to a woman on a bicycle. This is not the first time!! This store is in a beautiful historic neighborhood. There is a school 2 blocks away and the students like to come after school for snacks and drinks. This store is known for homeless people and drugs and this employee is only adding to the problem. I’m shocked nothing has been done about this.

I parked after using this convenience store. I used the starbucks next store for 10 mins and came back to find my car was gone. It has been towed and the associate pretended like he didn’t know where to find the tow company’s info. He was not helpful and didn’t seem to care. Never again.

Towed in 2 minutes by a tug guy, Who Made threats people from the store video tape the scene and laugh happens everyday.

This place was outstanding until about a month or so ago. Now in the morning, 6:30 am, coffee isn’t ready, if it is, something is wrong with it (too much water, or taste like some type cleaning chemicals). The bread that was always ready at this time is now never ready. I waited until this happened 10 times to write this review because they seem to have new staff in the morning (training curve). Today was the last time. Coffee again tasted like hot water.They have some great Workers like Sterling (when he works everything is in order) but it doesn’t seem he is on early anymore. Last visit there today.

Homeless people and crackheads congregate around and inside the store. Trash strewn everywhere, horrible neighborhood stewart's. When you walk through those doors prepare yourself for a heavy waft of rotten soured milk stench that will linger in your nostrils for hours. Once you get inside they'll be out of whatever you're looking for. Super friendly service though.

Favorite 7-11 ever!! Staff are friendly and remember your face. My partner is friends with all the staff and they have great customer service. All of the staff should get a raise!
