Was trying to use the bathroom and they said that a customer locked it from the inside and I said could I use the females bathroom and they said no it’s only for females I don’t believe that it was Lot from the inside. It’s ridiculous and that door would be open little flathead screwdriver obviously, I’m not cool but yeah I don’t like thatin the morning and I couldn’t even take a leak so hopefully that probably will get fixed.

The Absolute Best Customer Service Experience of My Life!
If you’re looking for a place where you can be treated like an absolute burden just for existing, look no further than the 7-Eleven on Colonial & Magnolia at night! And if you’re really lucky, you might even get the privilege of dealing with the store’s shining star: the short, older lady with a heart of stone and the customer service skills of a parking boot.
My first encounter with this delightful woman was two months ago when I had the audacity—the sheer nerve—to grab some creamer and sugar for my coffee. She wasted no time in aggressively barking at me to “put it back where it belongs!” To which I kindly reminded her, “I don’t work here.” A reasonable response, no? But apparently, this store operates under a very strict “customers must also be employees” policy. My bad!
Since then, every single time I’ve gone there at night for gas, I’ve been graced with her signature hostility. It’s almost impressive—like, how does one maintain such consistency in being miserable?
But the final straw? Oh, this one’s golden. On 2/10/25 I handed her money for gas, she took it, and then, with full confidence, she later tells me: “You didn’t get gas.” Oh really? That’s interesting, because I distinctly remember handing YOU the money for it. And when she finally realized she was wrong, did she apologize? Of course not! That would be far too much human decency. Instead, she shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Because who cares if you just accused a paying customer of lying, right? It was only after I specifically asked, “Why can’t you at least say sorry?” that she finally gave me the most half-hearted, reluctant apology known to mankind.
So if you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, getting accused of not paying for things you paid for, and generally feeling like a peasant in the presence of retail royalty, then I highly recommend stopping by at night! Otherwise, save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that doesn’t actively try to chase away customers.
Well done, 7-Eleven. 10/10 would not return.

This 7 eleven is usually my go to stop for snacks/gas/late night emergencies (forgot to buy milk, juice, etc.).
I’m INCREDIBLY disappointed that their “fresh” chicken quesadillas have hairs underneath and were made 4 hours ago at LEAST. Super old and hard. We bought two, because we usually get the mini tacos. They usually are delicious…

Get gas here frequently or at least attempt to. Half of the time approximately 50% of the pump handles are covered either broken or out of gas. Don't bother trying to get a reciept at the pump printers are constantly out of paper or broken. And now the bathroom is "closed no key". When asking an employee about the restroom. I was told there's a sign on the door, very helpful. All the while there is an employee restroom right next to the public restroom they are not making available to customers. Terrible customer service.

The woman who works at here always shutting down the bathroom because she wants to , poetry are coming for different things and expecting to use the bathroom . How hard it is for a company like 7eleven to make the bathroom available once I come here .
