Very rude store operator. The normal Employees are great and have patience with people but the guy that runs the store (either as manager or owner) is an impatient jerk. Hes always in a rush and rude about the 7/11 rewards. I won’t be going here any longer. Fern creek/colonial are a better location. The regular employees during regular hours are super nice it’s just this one guy that is inhumane and treats customers like they are $ only.

I feel sorry for the owner/ manager of this 7-11. The African American woman that works here is insanely close to getting herself and the store into a civil rights lawsuit. Perhaps she doesn't realize the area she is in. She needs some risk management training........

Staff are very unprofessional employees complaining about they doing 10 to 12 hours and they taking the anger out on customers. The restroom are dirty as hell your employees working 12 hours and then taking attitude on Customer. it was a white Caucasian man with tattoo all over him very unprofessional, rude, and it was a older, black female. That was very rude. I would not come to the store anymore.
I would not go to sleep till I found I’ll get a hold of corporate of the franchise to take this matter very serious. I spent too much good money at 7-Eleven to get disrespected.

Pump did not stop and over filled my gas tank. The whole right side of my motorcycle was covered with gas. The guy with the nose ring tells me I can’t help you that’s a corporate problem, and walks away from me . I asked him if He would turn on the hose for me . And said no can’t help that’s a corporate problem. A Police officer waiting to buy a drink told him” the least you can do is give him a big gulp cup and turn the water spicket on “ crazy if that cop was not present that jerk associate would’ve kept saying it’s a corporate problem. Garbage service from this location way too many times I’m done with 7/11 after 10 years using this spot . Pathetic.

Just left this 7-11 10 minutes ago and don't think I'll ever go back.The clerk was the rudest I've ever encountered. This man will drive all of your business away if you don't address it.

I feel comfortable going to this 7-11, you always feel welcomed. I love the people that work here and I love how clean this location is. Very respectful staff as well. Night shift staff was very nice and professional and the day shift staff as well. Thank you for being amazing guys!

I walked in and out of here to see if they sold bread and the woman working the register ran after me, tore the plastic bag I had, and accused me of stealing energy drinks they don't even sell.

I live down the street, so I shop here frequently. Today I went in for a sandwhich and a drink, there was a gentleman in front of me who had asked for something they were out of stock for..so she said okay ill go in the back to look (totally fine to take a peak but I sat there for 5+ minutes) so when I approached her by the drink area I politely asked if she could just ring me up really quickly so I could go on with my morning. She yelled at me and said "NUH UH I AINT DEALING WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU TODAY GET OUTTA MY STORE" she then proceeded to grab my items and put them behind the counter. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager/owner (highly doubtful). its a same 7/11 employees rude people. I understand staff shorting but service like this should not be tolerated.
