Bought cigarettes, asked for 100's (1st time). She gave me shorts. I said no, 100's (2nd time), she said ok so I paid. She handed me the shorts so again I said no, 100's, a THIRD TIME. She pushed the shorts at me and said "Next " I was really nice and apologized and said I am sorry I hope it won't mess anything up, but again, I need the 100's. She then tried to kick me out of the store full on Bon-qui-qui style and I said I am sorry, but I really need what I asked for. So she finally gave me 100's after the 4th and 5th time asking, but on the condition that I pay a second time. She then told me not to expect a refund for the first time. I obviously protested and she told me they don't do refunds if I have a problem with that I could call corporate.Your staff tonight (all 2 of them) clearly took great joy in bullying and basically robbing random customers. It wasn't just me. What is going on in your 7-11 shouldn't even be legal. This is the second time this happened to me at your 1350 Mills location, and instead of being robbed by you yet again, this time I am just going to dispute the duplicate charge unless you decide to respond promptly and fix the issue. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and still be ignored just to be treated fairly when making a simple purchase.I can't help but wonder at the massive amount of money you guys have stolen from the general public up to this point. Most people probably just let it go because it's small amounts, but it's time for you guys to be called out on this! Stop hiring bullies and stop being thieves.

Horrible customer service, also they are racists especially the old African American lady. I can be going in for an emergency with my kids and when I buy something or get an order for Uber she throws me the stuff with an attitude.

7-11 employee stated it was 50 cents for using a cup to reheat a coffee I bought at another 7-11. I said repeated times I will pay for it, if it was an issue. He told me it was no problem but apparently it was, since he told me how much it cost. I let him know I am a rewards member and I get my coffee free most of the time. Bathrooms need a Check up, even the changing table for babies was filthy and probably hasn't been cleaned for a while. I wont be going back. Never was treated that way at a 7-11.

This store is in the heart of one of the most hippest neighborhoods in Orlando with 10 or more bars within walking distance and they NEVER have any food out. Saturday Night… no food at all. I saw multiple people go in and look at the empty hot dog display and leave. I live in the neighborhood and it’s been like that for years. Who manages this place?! Half the sodas in the foundation machine don’t work. The food condiment section is empty and gross. Yet I keep returning like a battered housewife hoping it will get better.

Janelle & Aaron are the most disrespectful employees I have ever encountered. Shame on both of you. I will not be coming back here because of them and will advise others to do the same.

I bought some bread that I felt was old and stale. When I went to return it the cashier decided to argue with me for over 5 minutes about it. Calling me a liar about why I'm returning it. It tasted old and stale, the bread was only 2.79, Why would I need to make up a story and lie about returning bread? His name was JUAN he needs SERIOUS retraining in customer service.

I went in to pay for gas and the cashier who looks like a cross between Mr. T and Steve Urkel just let me stand there as he just kept looking at his phone either that or the weight of all 17 fake gold chains he was wearing weighed heavy not allowing him to lift his head. Even after I kept saying excuse me he wouldn't acknowledge not until I guess he was good and ready. Worst customer service I've dealt with. And after the transaction rudely gave me my change back. This the type of person that should NOT be working behind a counter. Last time I ever come here. So.eone needs to tell Urkel to find a different job

This particular 7-Eleven is located on the corner of Virginia Drive and Mills Avenue. It is a small gas station and the driveway is a bit tough to navigate. It can also be tough getting in and out of this gas station. When I pulled up, the gas pump would not accept my credit card and instructed me to see the cashier. I guess that was the same with everyone because there was a line inside of everyone trying to get gas periods I don't know if this is the norm or if something happened to the gas pumps. The inside has the usual convenience store food items and hot food offerings that you would expect from a 7-Eleven. The cashier was very friendly and professional. The gas was about a dime more expensive then where I live on the east side of town. I do not know if that is the norm around this part of Orlando or not, but I did notice. All in all, I would recommend seeking out another gas station. If you need gas, this place will get you the gas that you need. But if you can go a few more miles, I would recommend doing so.

The cashier in the store tried to steal money from me. I went in to cash in 8 scratch off tickets that totaled $81. The lady scanned 4 tickets in and scanned in the other 5 separately and handed me a ticket with only 4 tickets and said I won $60. She told me that the other tickets were not winners and tried to pocket them. But unfortunately for her I was smart enough to what my tickets added up to be. She then threw the tickets bk at me and told me I could go to another store to cash them in knowing she already cashed them out. I spent 35 minutes In the store until another employee had to come and manually add up my tickets and pay me the $81. Then the lady had the nerve to be talking trash as I was walking out the store after trying to steal my money. But she had the wrong one that day. So be careful. Make sure you add your tickets up before going to this store. I'm positive I'm not the first person she has done this too.
