Well one afternoon I had encountered a very disrespectful young Lady by the name of Melo coming in from my second job I went in there to purchase a bottle of wine and the young lady was being very rude had an attitude and then snatched the wine bottle from my hand kicked me out and called the police now I go to this 7-Eleven almost every day with my children I spend good money in there I respect the whole other staff that works there the other staff Monique Krystal Corey very nice people but this young lady is so disrespectful and so rude she does not deserve to work in customer service.......

I went there on 8/9/2020 and was told that there wasn't a restroom for the public now I know in these times people are scared but we need to treat people with little bit of kindness and you don't get it in this storeAnd that's the one at John young and 50

Worst service ever. I was there yesterday evening and if I had not been low on gas I wouldn't have even stopped in that neighborhood. The young man there was rude and ignorant. He took payment for the gas but didn't even hand me my reciept or products. I stood there waiting for him to hand me the stuff but he just looked. I had to reach across the counter to get them and ask for my receipt. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS ONE, THEY ARE NOT APPRECIATIVE OF YOUR SERVICE.

wonderful store. Service is amazing. The Employee Frank is a great person. Greets me every time i come in and makes sure the coffee is fresh all the time. This is the only store that will take my money.

The service here is terrible! I was on the road feeling like I was going to be sick, so I had to pull over and use the restroom. Unfortunately, it had to be at this ghetto trash of an establishment. When I was in the restroom, I heard someone try the doorknob; They couldn't get in because the door was locked. When I heard someone knock, I replied back "occupied". I heard another knock on the door that could be mistaken for the cops. Instead of the Cashier or Supervisor asking "Are you okay in there?", I hear "You gotta come of there!"

I frequently visit this store, and have for years.. the past month or so I've had serious issues every time I go there... They have a man that they pay to keep there parking lot clean of trash and he also empties there garbage cans... He is a threat and a bother to anyone that is of white ethnicity. For no reason he thinks that most everyone that is white must want to buy his crack rocks. There is no ignoring him, that only upsets him more... Several times this has happened to me and my 60 year old mother ... Now it's to the point that it becomes physical. He has pushed me, threatened me.. I have told the other employees in the store. That was over a week ago and I just got gas there earlier today. Same employee is there, still calling me CRACKER, and still threatening to beat me up. This time he climbed half way threw my car window while I was away from the vehicle. When he seen me coming he hopped on his bike and started riding circles around the parking lot, calling me cracker the entire time and threatening to cause harm to me and my family.... Obviously no one cares... This one man is gonna cost this store alot of problems. I am posting this because my complaints have been ignored. Next time legal action will be taken. Against him, as well as the store... This is my last attempt to stop this things from happening... I should not have to fear going to a store that I've shopped at for over 6 years.

This is a convenience store where you can buy snacks and beverages plus fill your car's gas tank. Not a restaurant.
