The store wasn’t lit at all the doors were locked the cashier unlocked them when we pulled up she was very rude and mean my husband asked where the restroom was she threw him the restroom key and pointed him in the direction but in the meantime, didn’t tell him he needed the key to get inside. She threw him his change. Very rude and mean

Charging $5 for people to use their restroom during a big event. Might be a good answer as to why the entire outside premises smells of urine. All my life I’ve traveled in/out country and I’ve never payed more than $1. Apparently this store likes to exploit humans and steal their money 😬 I’m taking this to the internet because I let the man taking peoples money and cashier know how ridiculous this is and they wouldn’t even look me in the eye.

I regularly stop here for gas and snacks but they have no sense of loyalty due to the EDC they want to charge $5 to use the bathroom regardless of the fact that you’re a regular customer. If I was apart of the festival sure but I’ll never go there again

If I could I'd give them 0 stars, they tried to take advantage of edc even though it was an emergency and the supervisor who was trying to charge us 5 dollars cash for using the restroom for a feminine need was a female... Shame on you guys

I go into this 7-11 once a week on my new normal route and I must say this location has always been clean. There's usually 3 ladies, always with smiling faces behind the counter. I must give them credit when it due. Shoutiut to these amazing crew. Well done

The older black lady was very rude. I walked in and said good morning it was like I said nothing. So I went to hand her my lottery tickets she just walked off like I wasn't standing there. I wish I could give it an negative 10. People don't do customer service with if you don't have an customer service personality...
