This particular store is not open 24 hours. It opens between 5:30 and 6:00 am. (Always opens late) I, as well as other patrons in this neighborhood are forced to use other gas stations out of the neighborhood as well as out of the way to fuel up in the morning. This is the absolute worse 711 in America. I truly don't understand why it's there. The customer service is terrible, and that's because of management/owners are not sensitive to the community it serves. If it's not going to be open 24 hours, it's no better that inconvenient corner stores in the neighborhood. Get a new business model or move. I wish there was a zero stars button. This store gives all 7-11's a bad name.

Second time this month the store is closed when it shouldn’t be. Employees are here and lights are on this time. They’re not even acknowledging you and the door is locked. They see you and other customers walking up to the door and pulling on it and they don’t even have the decency to tell you the store is closed. I wonder what the owner thinks? I gotta stop coming here at night.

The espresso machine never ever works. Why do they even have it? And the lady behind the counter looks like she wants to bite somebody. Definitely not a friendly demeanor.

I believe that someone at this location attempted to use my debit card information. I made one purchase only on the date in question and right after my transaction I got a message that a merchant tried to access my funds. When I tried to call the store to report my concerns there was a message saying that they weren't receiving calls. Seriously ! What kind of brick and mortar doesn't answer the phone? I'm about to call corporate, and right after that I'm calling the sheriff.

This is the most ghetto 711! Nothing is ever working! No coffee no slurped no nothing!!!! Sloppy setup and rude employees. Not to mention they aren’t even 24 hours!!y’all need new owners and managers! This is such a sad establishment in such a supportive town.

I had such a bad experience here second time coming into this 7 eleven and it was not at all welcoming. Why do people get jobs just to have an attitude. Hey how are u goes a long way kindness goes a long way. Their latto scanner is not working. So I have no option but to go check them at the register the lady first response after I tell her the latto scanner is not working as I hand her all my scratch off ticket she says mmmm walk to her scanner doesn’t cheak every ticket the ones I had folded to be exact. She checks my other ones though and the two I told her I know for sure are winners. comes back in a non welcoming way tells me how much I got. I wanted more scratch off but her energy and demeanor was so low vibrational I just took my drink and left. Working in customer service. I have to be all around respectful kind that’s what she sighn up for. Especially if the customer is not disrespecting u or causing a problem. I do not like leaving negative things about places I enjoy going to but I don’t want her to think it’s ok. Treat people how u want to be treated be kind and respectful it goes a long way. Don’t matter what u going through always do your best especially working customer service. She doesn’t know that it could of affected someone else’s day or mines thank god I’m into customer service and I could never treat others that way. It just saddens me when they get the job and don’t abide by the companies policies and rules I hope the manager can talk to his or her employees about what customer service is stop ruining your customer day with bad attitudes don’t like the job find another one
