It’s an absolute Diservice when an actual designated affiliated location with a reloadable feature enters a 7-11 as the app directs you to DO but then quickly is turned away because “Theirs No Mgr On Duty to Authorize the process!” Yet you’re going to not only turn away my $$$$ but direct me to your 2 other competitors whom Will Take My $$$$! Tell me you Don’t Trust ANY of your staff from 6am to 11:30pm when your location is closed without saying! It’s 2025 and I think it’s about time 7-11 as a whole Stops listing all locations to reload $$$$ in cash at any 7-11 location! Repeatedly it’s frustrating when one is s turned away from OBT Gore, Americana OBT, Americana John Young in Orlando whenever you’re trying to load $20-200.00 cash on to your account! Cancel the services at your locations or build better practices so that cash app users CAN reload without being denied service! Until then I’ll just go to Walgreens from now as you guys do not need nor want my $$$$$! #DOAcustomerloyalty!

They need new employees who aren't lazy and care about the job. It says the business is 24 hours but the guy was sitting inside with his friend or whoever it was saying they are closed. Horrible

Nasties 7-11 I've ever been in or seen. Not only is it nasty the employees are just as bad. I recently began to do a lot of work in this area and I'll never stop at this place again. Do better 7-11

They need to change their hours on their website. I took a Lyft and they were closed when I got there at 12:30am. There was a sign posted that they were open until 12am. Soooo ? mad!

If I could give no stars I would. They let my brother use the restroom and when I went in after they demanded I buy something to be allowed to use it. The, what seemed to be, the manager was disgustingly rude and practically yelled that people can't just use the toilet without buying... I said never mind and just went to the McDonalds next door. I've never encountered a gas station that forced people to buy stuff. What the hell? This place is pathetic and their behavior just guaranteed that I would never come here, not even to buy a chocolate bar for a dollar.

Disgusting ? manager and employees won't let you use the restroom if you don't buy anything! Now I will never use this place to fuel up again or spend any of my money ? hope you lose your business because you don't deserve it with your attitude.

About every other night, the doors are locked. During the daytime, the business is running as normal but at night completely different atmosphere. One cashier who looks to be the oldest huffing and puffin when you ask her to get anything. She gets cussed out by someone every night. If she is unloading the truck, you the customer have to wait. That's not customer service, BTW. They are a miserable bunch of people working on orange blossom trail. The manager just looks at you with a dead stare. No, hello, thank you, hey, how are you. Nothing, just intimidating stare. It horrible. I wish corporate would do something.Oh yeah, when they want to punish the customer, they put a out of order sign on the bathroom and on the ice machine.
