From the outside it appears to be a clean and pleasant place but you have to be careful, appearances can be deceiving since once inside you can encounter rodents (rats). The relevant authorities should investigate this place.

This store is always listed as a 24 hr spot but always closed from 1-4 am with one person inside doing Uber orders a will not let no one in the store 10-29-2023. Came here last night same person inside takeing Uber orders left an came back to the store later. Same issue 7-11 needs to do better.

I pulled in at 4:30 in the morning and a 24 hour 7-11 with an employee inside has the door locked, sitting down, sleeping, with the doors locked. I’m sure that’s what their employer hired them for…to not do their job… and to close up shop in order to not make business. Ridiculous.

There’s this man here works at night shifts that doesn’t like to get up from the crate he sits on & if someone asks for anything from l further than the counter, he shows aggression & will literally ask customers to leave the premises. Very disturbing person.

I was in this store tonight and have been in there a couple of times to get gas. I noticed I used the pump outside and noticed my rewards was not showing up and fuel points were not being displayed or purchase inside was not correct either with my rewards attached to my account . After pumping my gas I go back in the store to get a receipt and asked the store employee about and was basically told it was not his problem, so I asked if the store manager was available and was informed he was the manager. I asked who was the district manager, said “ there ain’t none, we franchised so it doesn’t matter what happens in their store”. So I continued to ask him questions about the situation and or numbers so I can see if the problem could be corrected , I was told “ you got a phone look it up yourself, I got a line “.It is crazy that he wrote down on my receipt “ Ali” is in charge and she don’t care”.I hope that this is read by many people and they do not go to this store, that someone is allowed to talk to customers horrible.

The lady that works overnight never wants to take care of the costumers. I work overnight and this is the only gas station closer to me and she never wants to open the door for nobody besides her boyfriend.

I stopped this morning to get a hot chocolate which I have done often at many other 7-11s. But when I started to pour my drink it was obvious that there was a problem. The fluid entering my cup was not the sweet creamy mixture that I'm used too! So I went to the counter to see of they would check the machine for accuracy. But a man named Ty who was called upon to address my concerns informed me that, that is their product! So I emplored him to sample "his" product! But he responded that he was not interested in trying it himself and that I should just pay for the large cup of what I call brown water and be on my way! But I continued to attempt to persuade him to give my situation the proper attention, but instead he became obstinate so I left the beverage and the store.I am a very reasonable person, and I have had this issue with the hot chocolate many times before except that the clerk has always given heed to my requests to try the product and they have fixed the problem with reasonableness. I wanted to exclude the stars altogether because in this situation I would prefer to use middle fingers instead of stars, because I would DEFINITELY give him five fingers for that! Please forgive the formality of communication but I have a tendency to speak this way when I am p____! I forgot to mention the condition of the bathroom ?! Very unsanitary! Also there was dried milk and other substances in the coffee service area.
