This location is the worst the customer service is horrible. I waited around 30 minutes to get a 6 pack. This location is always like this , I only go there because it’s closer to my business. The employees there has no customer service experience if they did they don’t practice it. Waited on 5 people ahead of me just to be told when it was my turn to check out that I would have to wait to get a six pack from the cooler until the other employee come out of the restroom and they had to get their line down when I was ahead of everybody else. Ended up having to wait on all the rest of the customers just to purchase my six pack. Employee at register wasn’t apologetic at all , he didn’t care about my time and just shouldn’t be working in a field where he has to deal with customers.

Refused service due to my company. Paying customer looking to purchase gas. They would’ve made money on my transaction. Whatever, other gas stations in the area actually understand you need customers to run a business.

This is literally the worst 711 I have ever been. The workers are next level RUDE and basically ignore their jobs. You are lucky to checkout within 20 minutes and that's if you are lucky. Don't bother going if you are in a rush. The worst workers are on first and third shift. Avoid at all costs. They are the worst customer service representatives I have ever seen in a retail store. They have done and said the most vile racist things. I strongly suggest going to Wawa it's two minutes away and you will be better off for it.

I’ve been coming to this store for years. All of the cashiers I’ve met have always been more than helpful. They always know what I come in for after a few times of seeing me, but this one new cashier in particular named Shanon not so much, I’ve never had a problem in that store until I met her. She was very rude, she tried to let a “family member” skip ahead of me in line instead of just checking me out, she literally knocked over my drink because she had to go to the back to get what I asked for. If you run into her just wait for someone else.

Will the managers please train your employees how to load money on the cash app please? Went to this location to load my card and employees said they couldn’t because “A manager” wasn’t there. It was definitely an inconvenience;however, the cashier was really nice.

Pretty ok gas station. However, there are seemingly a good bit of drug addicts outside the store sometimes. I go here sometimes for gas. Service is ok. Parking lot could use a bit of cleaning.

Like this location because of 1 cashier. Her name is Melos. When it is necessary to go in for a gas receipt, she is consistently pleasant, smiling and efficient. Always offers a soda for my inconvenience. In a world of complaints and negativity she stands apart. Let her know!!
