this woman didnt give me my food i paid for and wouldnt give me a refund either and kept laughing she needs to be removed she is not fit to work customer service

They don’t deserve no stars I been coming to the 711 for year for first time I feel disrespected!!! And a manager better get on this post place ran my disgusting people a reflection of this place !!

Arrived at the location at 12:30 was told they don’t close Until 2 AM. But then was told that the cashier closed out her registers for the night so they’re taking no more transactions. Try to use the gas pump which directed me inside to see cashier, but there’s no cashier inside because she’s outside smoking.
