I feel like this seven eleven don’t take the time and consideration to restock their items .. everything is dusty and old ! I’ve purchased some doughnuts today and they’ve had particles and hair on it. current status: utterly disgusted & ashamed .. I can feel the dust in my throat from taking a bite. I don’t know if they didn’t know it was common to make a fresh batch hourly etc but that’s unacceptable.

Arrived at the location at 12:30 was told they don’t close Until 2 AM. But then was told that the cashier closed out her registers for the night so they’re taking no more transactions. Try to use the gas pump which directed me inside to see cashier, but there’s no cashier inside because she’s outside smoking.

This is Worse place ever to stop by anything, Stuff is rude, When I walk in and tell them good morning nobody answer it when I ask if there is a coffee machine, they ignore me. To African-American woman that worked there not supposed to be there.

The women and some of the men in this establishment are completely disgustingly rude. Uninformed of aspect of their job they just make it to work for a paycheck. Things that you deal with on a daily basis you’re supposed to be more than informed about it, it should come to you as second nature. You’ve been working at the 711 for years And they’re still broke. I advise any of everyone who wants to stop at a 711 to totally bypass this one. They have expired food on the shelves. If you don’t believe me go check out their dip and check the date. They need new management new associates as well as new merchandise.

It’s not the first time, they advertise one price and charge a way higher price in the pump. If you go inside complain, they don’t care about you.

I came to get gas and I paid for $70 in gas but the pump I was at wasn’t working so I told the clerk that I was moving to another pump and when I moved to another pump he was arguing with another customer and I told him I was at the other pump and he said he opened it up BUT it was only for $20 and when I tried to yell him I paid for $70 he cussed me out and told me to leave too and he was calling the police on me! He was very RUDE and NASTY and I think he should be FIRED

The absolute rudest people in customer service. 6:25 am, female employee, not wearing a name tag( I wonder why?) Someone needs retraining.

The manager is very rude, and unprofessional. I went here around 3:30 am to buy so items but the store was closed so I decided to wait. After about 15 minutes I started calling the store so I could find out what time the gentleman would be opening his doors but he never answered, about 10 minutes later a woman pulls up NOT in uniform gets out her car & proceed to yell at me and tell me I needed to go. Needless to say I had some words to say before I left to NEVER return again.
