This store is closed right now at 10:34 pm 5/22/2024 and yesterday same thing I don’t know why and I see 2 employees younger go inside and lock the door and somebody in the counter saying is closed is like 4 employees inside and too many customers outside mad because they need to buy something and the 4 pumps not working. Maybe the owner don’t know the employees robbers the money the7/11 pay for work with out doing nothing change the employees please

White people not welcome.. I was totally ignored when I came.. all I needed was a receipt.. rude and not helpful.. probably should be more strict with the hiring process

The worst customer service, casiers throw napkins on top of your food.... cashiers have attitudes.... place is dirty.... ghetto as all heck... you would think it would be different being so close to Winter Park, no!!! Disgusting store!!!!

Stopped at the store this morning to get a loaf of bread took it off the shelf and it had so much mold on it show cashier and asked did he know the bread was mold and he said yes I put the loaf on top of the donut case I said I don't want anything out of here I was going to call the health department because to know it's molded bread on the shelf and still selling it to people is disgusting

The second most worst trip on the face they saw the manager throws you out for no apparent reason thinking that used a lot to the point where you go in lady throws you out for no apparent reason continuous tells you to leave to get your stuff and get out when you're just trying to buy a pack of cigarettes Does the extra mile to make sure you actually leave and throws you completely off the property Doesn't show any respect doesn't show any gratification, respect, indecency compassion

These people are thieves.They have "buy 2, get 1!" type promos posted for some energy drinks but hope you don't notice that they don't ring the promo in and charge you for all 3, afterwards they go back refund the transaction and rering it with the promo and pocket the 2-3$.

One of the most horrible customer experiences…I left without a purchase as the cashier was simply disgusting before I walked through the door! this is the second time with said cashier…I’ll be damned if I spend my money to be insulted…by someone in customer service…like me…I never advocate for a termination…but I’ll not be visiting ANY 7-11 while she is employed there…awful and humiliating

I went in today and the cleanliness of the store is horrible the drink soft drink machine has black and green gooey stuff dripping from the ice Dispenser the interior machine was filthy the cheese machine had old cheese leaking from it with a dry cheese ring on the bottom I realized this when I went back to the store hours after buying a drink from the soft drink machine I was super tired when I first went in so I was really trying to get my items and go rest I purchased a soda from the machine and went home took a nap and woke up with my throat feeling scratchy and irritated that’s when I went back to take a look at the outside of the drink machine very disgusting that soft drink machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was placed in the store not happy will be reporting to the department of health

Lady here wouldn't sell to me even though I had an I'd and accused me of trying to buy for a minor. Very embarrassing and accusatory for no reason. Staff is also extremely rude. Hope she doesn't work there anymore. I guess I understand why people don't go on Lee road

Went to buy a cup of coffee and I began to fill my cup the cashier yelled that the machine wasn't working, and then I repeated "it's not working" and the cashier responded rudely"No ma'am"! So I was feeling offended and left. I was about purchase fuel also and changed my mind. This is a neighborhood store for me so I visit often and have never experienced such rudeness definitely not by the gentleman that works here.
