I had a very disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven. I paid in cash 2 different times in 2 weeks and the cashier gave me less change than I was owed. At first i thought it was a mistake but it happened again after a week, It felt like he intentionally kept part of my change, hoping I wouldn’t notice. That’s theft ! That pathetic workers steals from your change to earn more , wow ! I won’t be coming back to this location again. Go to 7 on lake Margaret , 1.5 min driving from this store or Check your change carefully if you go here!

This place has the same products as any other 7-ELEVEN but the customer service here is above and beyond. Super friendly staff.

I got different situation with Michael. Or at least was tue name he gave to me. Was working Saturday March 15 at 4:10pm. 1 hour or 2 early same day I buy a gallon of milk. When Im going to use found out the milk was damaged. I went to tue store and explained to him. But he was not the same employee. He refused because he needs a receipt. I explain to this guy. I can show the amount charge to my card and the he can probably check on his system. He said not but for sure he knows that. Because on the past the situation with same employee when we buy with cash he never bring the change correct. If you dont pay attention he keep some of the change. I wait 2-3 times doing the same. And realize that was true he was not giving the correct change. When I confronted him. He just said it was a mistake. My answer was the same mistake 4-5 times recently. Dont trust this location anymore.

The pump took 5 times longer to fill than normal, and the auto stop on the nozzle didn’t work so fuel spilled all over the floor when my tank was full

If you're looking for a better 7-Eleven experience, I highly recommend the location at Lake Margaret & Dixie Bell, just two blocks away. This 7-Eleven consistently has the rudest staff, poor service, and limited gas pumps. I happily drive the extra distance to avoid the unpleasant interactions at this store.

This morning I went around 2:55am until 3:20 am, the door were locked, I waited and no one open the door. I had been at this store a few times specially for the 3rd shift time. The employee it’s always at his car and I have to wait for him at the counter in order to pay. Then he is always with a mean face and he doesn’t even let me put my rewards number (I have to let him know) that store is dirty and messy. Around the parking lot is always trash like empty pizza and beer’s boxes. Very disappointed with their poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit that store located by Dixie Bell and Gatlin Ave.

I walked in yesterday, an employee is talking on the phone and was quite rude to me the entire time. I went to pay for gas and an item, he wouldn’t get off the phone. I said something like didn’t know it was ok to be on the phone the entire time and he told me to shut the f up. I was just disappointed in horrible service.

Poor customer service, I will never return here again. All I wanted was to charge $ 3.19 and pay for 2 little candies for my daughter using my food card, but my transaction was decline, my available balance is $95.00 so I ask for my balance and receipts but the guy didn’t want to print my receipt and acted very rude and estrange, like his up to something stealing from customers or the owners!!! What cha out!!!
