I visit this store almost every day going and coming from work. The staff here are all amazing and quick. Today I was craving the cheeseburgers that have finally returned ( I hope they get rid of the sliders) there was none in the warmer but Venus went above and beyond to make me a fresh one right before work. She made my day.

I wanted say that the staff and the manager are pretty great crew they are very assist full by helping the customers who come into the store with any type of purchase or things they need I would definitely come back to the store when I’m back in town just to get my personal and day hello

On Sunday, my wife went to the gas station to get gas. She sent her friend into the store and told the cashier she wants to pay $10 a pound for the cashier ask her which pump she said number four then my wife pulled into pump 4 And tried to turn the pump on the pump did not work. She went inside the store and told the cashier that the pump was not working. The cashier told her that the gas is already in the car. She explained to the cashier that she has not pump the gas.. The cashier refused to help her, making an excuse that the gas was already pumped. My wife barely got upset and started crying thank God a good Samaritan Off of her $20 for gas because my wife’s car was empty at that time. Cashier told my wife that she could come tomorrow to speak to the manager to resolve this issue. The next day, my wife went to work and went and spoke to the manager and told him the situation. After 30 minutes of waiting, the manager told me that he cannot help me because the good Samaritan pay my wife $20 and that she did good getting $20 for $10 that she paid. He also explained to me that the cashier turn on pump one because The cashier seen her car near pump one. So the person who pull up the pump, one took my wife’s gas and the cashier refused to turn on pump four for her. I find this very unprofessional between the cashier and the manager of the store. I advise customers to stay away from this store because if you have an issue, they will not refuse to resolve it for you. Just do not go to the store.. I called the corporate office and made a complaint. They’re gonna follow up on it.

Went in for drinks and gas. I paid for the drinks and gas on two different cards. The cashier tried charging me 125 bucks for something.Wont be back. They are trying to rip people off. If my bank didn't tell me about it. I wouldn't know.There was a huge line behind trying to convince them that I didn't have money. I dont care for the public shaming.

I was trying to get some 20$ gas. My money was little bit split. They didn’t accept my money. Money is money. I had couple mile distance and I called car tow because they didnt accept my 20 dollars ? thanks for help… I didn’t know people that much rich they don’t accepted money lol

Ally Dede and Scott are amazing. Kudos to Ally for how she handled the ignorant and boligerent customer who treated her like garbage this morning. She was kind and full of grace. These customers need to start being banned. This particular location is known for aggressive customers who verbally attack and threaten staff when things don't go there way. These people deserve a serious raise .

September 1, 2023 is the first time I’ve ever walked in this store. I walked in to get a quarter pound big bite. I then asked one of the cashiers.. He was an older guy.. did they have jalapeños. The associate said that they were out. Long story short, as I approach the counter to make a purchase another different younger cashier accuses me of putting soda in a water bottle that I was holding. I told the guy it was just water and I had brought the bottle in with me from my car. He then charges me for the soda and the hotdog as I grab the rest of my change, I tell him to pay attention to detail, and then he gives me an argument upon my departure of the store. I believe his words was “Don’t tell me how to do my job,” and as I was leaving, he was raised his voice as if he was in a defensive fight or flight mode. I felt discriminated against. As I was leaving he continued to yell at me from behind the counter as I exited the store. This was a white Caucasian. 5’10” average built 165 pounds, with bleach blond hair. I give the customer service here a below average rating. Not one associate intervened to discipline their coworker.
