Misleading pricing, inaccurate register settings, and potential false advertising. If a customer selects an item based on the displayed price, they should be charged accordingly. If the actual price is higher, the shelf tags must be updated. Charging more than the displayed price is unacceptable and violates basic consumer protection standards.
While the cashier attributed the issue to corporate pricing changes, that explanation is questionable and does not excuse charging a price higher than what is shown to customers. Even small discrepancies add up, and I am certain many customers are unaware they are being overcharged. Whether intentional or due to negligence, this practice should not be occurring.

The guy who served me at 9:30 at the 7-Eleven was very rude and ill-mannered. He had no empathy and even less interest in helping the customer. In fact, he commented that if I didn't like it, I should go to another store.

The worse service ever!!!!! Never gonna come back here!!!! Everything is empty!!! Pizza was dried, hot dogs burned, I asked the employee and he said they don’t have trays, then I asked for the buns, he said I have to wait he counts the money and take care of everyone on the line, when I was first to enter than everyone. This guy really doesn’t want to work here… his quality job is the worse one ever !!!!!!

None of the pumps work and they don't have the curiosity of putting up signs to let people know. You only find out when you pump gas nothing comes out and you go in to ask about it.

There was a young man there on the night of 8/21/25 at around 8:05 pm, at the Presidents drive location his ethnicity was Indian fair skin straight hair wears it with a part long one top.
I entered the store and this young man was extremely rude. No smile no hello just angry. He is clearly new because the Owner who is a wonderful man has a great team that usually rotates his employees so I have never seen this young man before.
I came to the counter with my juice water and soda large items he looked at me with a very angry glare and someone else came into the store he said to them hurry and get what you want he looked at me and said nothing then said you want a bag.
Clearly I needed to have several bags it was a very large container of sweet tea and 7 eleven water distilled large gallon and a soda I said yes please he seamed angry as if he hated to be there.
If you do not like your job leave because the Owner and his wife have worked very hard to do their best to provide great service to all customers. I have known them for 6 years and their daughters wonderful people and it is unfortunate to have a week link.
I put the items In the bags and said have a blessed day he looked at me pushed his face forward and said you to the sarcasm the negative energy the anger it was extremely uncomfortable.
I told my mother I would not go back she said never let anyone stop you from going anywhere you have the right to go where you please. It’s all about being respectful kind offer the best service as possible.
I know it is not easy dealing with many different customers but you have to breath and simply let it go taking your anger out on others who have done nothing to you is extremely unprofessional.
He treated me as if I was beneath his foot found out his name is Meza my mother told me she asked for his name.bHe has been at the store a couple of times but not on full rotation.
If the Owner reads this please ensure you have the right people in that store working for you.

Don't use the atm. Their atm machine has some sort of fraud going on. I think their manager may be in on it. I went to take out $80.00. The atm machine went through all the motions like a real transaction. Gave me a receipt but no money. I told the clerk who called her manager but their manager said I have to call my bank or the bank phone number on the atm but there was no phone number on the atm or the receipt. The manager said he could be there in 15 mins to give me the atm phone number or I could leave my phone number so he could give me the atm phone number but he would not give me the $80.00. It is a complete con....THEY STOLE $80.00 FROM ME!!!...DONT USE THEIR ATM. If we had a Citibank in Orlando I would never had been in there in the first place. Very bad place to do business. If they are doing that then wonder what else they are doing to the food and gas!

I received a bad experience from the worker who finished his ID 2021. I went to buy something online inside the store on 06/02/2024 at (4:11 am) that said $1.99 and when I got to the counter he told me $5.31 , I told him that The price is different and he told me, you know, I'm not going to sell it to you. If you want, you can see the cameras and audio so you can see people like this. Businesses are going down because of poor customer service. I would like to know the corporate number. to make the complaint ?? never 7eleven manager call ?
