I live right by here and work remote so I’m here often. Can’t beat the prices on 7/11 lunch specials. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. There are ample gas pumps, two air/vaccum stations, and sufficient parking spaces.

The clerk didn't charge me for the pizza slices because I said it looked old. Then, I looked at the bottom and it was burnt as well as expired by 3 hours. Do better 7/11!

I had a disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven. The cashier had trouble scanning my original pack of gum and asked me to grab another. When I picked a more expensive option, he insisted it was the same price, despite clear price differences. In the end, he made me keep the cheaper gum but charged me for the more expensive one. Even after explaining the situation, it wasn’t resolved fairly. Poor customer service and lack of understanding made this visit frustrating.

Stop in before going to work, trying to get stuff for my ride and they couldn't acknowledge me. The 3 employee couldn't stop laughing. I won't be back. They want to get paid for partying.

Most disgusting store I have seen in a while. Never again for me. If I could give it a half star I would

The worst 7-Eleven in the country, I literally pay 50% more than any other for cigarettes

I was just at this location, yes the Summit location (next to the CFA and Wendy’s), went inside to get some of that delicious 7/11 coffee, and EVERY SINGLE MACHINE WAS EMPTY! Bone dry empty. Before I paid for my gas I asked if they were making some more coffee and the very rude cashier (no name tag) barked that the stop selling it at 11. I said but it is barely 9. Cashier no name barked even louder with, “I SAID 11 IN THE MORNING!”
Left the store knowing there was another 7/11 down the street.
Told Norman the cashier what just took place and he was concerned and let the manager know. The number listed for the Summit location is actually the franchise owner’s fax machine.

Unless their manager is present they can’t do a doggone thing. I couldn’t buy a gift card for a birthday party. Makes no sense.

The attendant refused to bake our pizza saying that we had to wait a long time in line, we spent more than 30 minutes waiting for him to be willing to bake our pizza, terrible service.

I'll never go again. I've lived across the street at Dwell for 7+ years and have always dreaded going in this store. Beyond mis-managed. And tonight, they wouldn't take my American Spirit coupon because "Alex" says they don't take them anymore. I said that was between 7/11 and American Spirit and the shorter, young girl F-Bombed me and told me I could leave. Really? You decide not to take the coupons anymore but you don't think to tell American Spirit to come off their list of dealers? And that's my fault? Plus, except for the two older men they hired lately, going in there has not been a good experience, and I literally could go every day being across the street. I drive down to Lake Lucien where they are much nicer. Never again.

Got here and thought it was a 24 hour store but all doors were locked with a sign to come back in an hour. This employee Armondo took photos of my car and threatened me because I wanted a Gatorade within open hours. Claimed he was working alone but I don’t see how that justifies how I was treated. Threatened? For a Gatorade? Ridiculous.

Convenient corner 7/11, need receipts but their pumps never print them out
