Great service, the store is the cleanest I've seen in all of my life

I drove my jaguar thru the car wash an air hose was loose and hit my car by the time I drove out the car wash it damage my car hood, windshield, sunroof, trunk paint & the jaguar logo. I did call their insurance and no answer. The 7 eleven manager told me they are going to fix it never happens. They keep telling me some will call me from the insurance and never did not even the owner of that 7eleven store. Now I have to pay out of my pocket around 5k for their mistake and hiring a lawyer will be expenses I will have to pay as well. I did end trading my car and lost around 10k since drop the value. Very disappointed and frustrated situation.

This gas station has the slowest pumps ever. It's even worse if someone is trying to pump on the other side. It hasn't always been this way so it leads me to think they aren't maintaining their pumps properly. It shouldn't take 5+ minutes to pump 10 gallons of gas.

My partner used to get lottery tickets for forty dollars Several times a week. He would always buy $40 of tickets, he never asked for receipt and later realized they charged him $180 on his debit card. It happened twice in 2023. We later had company who bought one pkg of jerky but were charged for three, when they questioned it the cashier changed it to one pkg. This happened twice in one week in 2023. Never use a debit card and always get a receipt and check it for accuracy.

Came in for my daily Pepsi refill for $1.06 after tax and for some reason this specific 7-11 charged me $1.27. I said this is a refill it’s a $1.06 after tax like all the other 7-11’s and they said no this is a franchise it’s a different price. I said that doesn’t make sense. So you’re the only 7-11 across central Florida that charges $1.27 for a refill and they got very rude with me. I’ve been to 100s of 7-11’s and this is the only time it wasn’t $1.06. Something is wrong at this location and needs to be figured out. Horrible service and overcharging is not a good recipe for success.
