1st visit: Salads old and brown.
1 week later,
2nd visit: A manager Knocked on my window 3 minute after parking to tell me I shouldn't leave my car here. She saw me when I pulled up. She knows I was not here even 5 minutes. Pointed to the apartments in rear assumption those who live there do so?
What about me fits the profile I was going to do that?
Unwelcoming. I am avid 711 customer. App user etc.
I am offended.
This is tourist city lady!

The establishment does not have the service platform available. I was passing by on the way to work to refuel and they did not warn that they have a platform problem and it is not working properly. The duty of the establishment is to close and after it is ready to open, I did not swipe the card. at the fuel pump ⛽️ I went inside to tell them that it was failing and to pay in cash and I went to put gas anyway it doesn't work the same when I went to say that it wasn't working either that they should give me my money back they told me that I couldn't because the box didn't work It's working, I told them I can't wait, I'm going to work and the men who work there told me that they couldn't do anything, that they couldn't return my money and that next time, even for a long time, I wouldn't stop at this pump to supply gasoline. of the workers was Mr. José, the other one I did not see well, it is not appropriate to serve a user like this since it is a lack of respect, he should apologize for the poor service or take the necessary measures so as not to affect the users that one always lives with. in this country quickly and ask for the manager They said he wasn't there, it turned out wonderfully.

Coffee and Chai are always literally just hot water. And this happens at 8am, when things should be fresh.

Worst 711 ever! We come here every day multiple times a day. My wife car has been towed by them twice because why? For the amount of time and money we spent here and was told our car was ok to be there because we had a situation. So perfect thanks, only then, as we returned, they decided to call and tow my car after they just said we were good. Like I said, we are there every day buying items. Now this has cost us tremendously, money we dont have to spare, since we are moving and due to losing jobs. It's very disappointing ,disrespectful, and dirty to lie to your loyal customers. I wish you had a spot for negative stars because you don't deserve any. Thanks for lying and we will never be a customer to you. Even if I ran out of gas, I'd walk to another gas station rather than then give one more dollar to a bunch of lying misleading people.

I come here everyday and everyday there’s an inconvenience and I don’t need any effing owner commenting on this, trying to rectify the situation. There’s nothing YOU CAN DO, from NO GAS, ONLY CASH, down to the ATM working properly. You expect the largest chain of convenience stores, to be convenient. In this instance, the only thing this location brings is INCONVENIENCE. Sell to a worthy owner or sell PERIOD. Do not expect any regulars with this type of service.

06/16/23 An Employee i didn’t get her name but was an older Hispanic lady who had a black wrist brace on her left hand was rude as she told me to hurry up while tapping on the counter as I was making a selection on a lottery scratch off ticket I wanted. I was so upset at the disrespect and rudeness i just paid for what i had in my hands and left. No one walking in to an establishment spending their money should be told to “hurry up” by the person who is there paid to serve you. I made my line and waited to be served like everyone else in front of me.I don’t know who the owner/operator is but that lady needs some retraining on customer service.

Lazy and rude associate especially the guy with the dyed hair. He already complaining for a having 3-4 people behind me and unable to check something for me which will only take 5 secs tops which is already in front of him. I already told my family if they ever see that person as the cashier, might as well turn around and leave.

This 711 is the by for the worst convenience store I have ever been to. Whoever is the manager at this place should never have be in any position where you have to interact with other people that’s how rude she is.

It is always nice to come in, the customer service is very joyful and welcoming all the time. I marked 5 stars because there is no more to add but this 711 is a 10/10 for me. And to the cashier that made my night with the rock paper scissors game, Thank you!, Happy Friday!
