The attendant was very rude this evening, would not allow me to add my phone number in the rewards section at the register. He said don't waste his time. I wanted the points for my purchase. I would like to speak with corporate or a manger. Not to mention the store smelled like Marijuana 🤨 I'm really upset. No receipt was provided as well.

I'm really not the one to leave reviews but I have no choice tonight. It's really sad that people have jobs that don't want to work and serve the community when there are many waiting and begging for an opportunity. Nevertheless this is the 3rd time I've come to this location and the store is closed yet the employees are visibly inside. And ignore you while trying to get an answer or understanding as to why and how this happ. I walk 20 plus minutes there after checking the website to ensure the store is opened just to get there and it's not. To have to walk back in the heat not even with a drink I went for. They may be young but definitely not ignorant. They know exactly what they are doing and the attitudes that comes with them are disgusting. . They can easily move over and let someone else who wants to do the job do the job. While tonight me and another guest was in dire need of a drink and or ice they wouldn't even bring us a cup of ice to the door of the establishment that shouldn't have been closed with no explanation to the ones that keep the place in business to begin we. We have to do better. Smh

I wanted to leave a review the first 5 times I went and they were closed by 11pm. Tonight I was fed up! 9:45 and already closed. Begging for another company to buy this location out already. So useless.

Imma leave a 2 star because Somtimes they get you in and out and Somtimes they don’t have enough staff to do the jobs, and other times the staffs are on their phones or not paying any attention to customers. I understand it’s a gas station but it’s also a business, get the customers in and out then you can go back to doin what you were doing.

I visited this store on Sunday, August 13th and had the worst experience with one of the cashiers. She was wearing a cover on her head, she was very rude and unprofessional. I brought my items up to the register and waited several minutes for her, she yelled at me for calling her attention. The worst customer service ever. I see someone else has left a negative review and it sounds like it could be the same person. Management really needs to look into this. I will not be returning to this place.

Horrible store. They never have money to make change. It is always dirty. Very expensive. The older lady in the morning is not the fastest. Her smile and personality makes up for the slow service. She always tells me good morning.Tall rude as black guy in the afternoons. Told me get on up here when I was trying to check out. Why can he not say I can help you. It is a bar like atmosphere at night. We need to call Bar Rescue on this establishment.The overnight guy is wonderful he is a cute teddy bear.I have been in there several times. There is always loud music that is not appropriate in there. Staff needs to take a few pointers from morning lady

today 7/15/23 at 9:00 pm I was in the store, I always come to this store because it is close to home, the white girl with blue eyes who always wears a cap on her head was working alone, she told me that she was going to be outside that when l ready to play the lottery she would come in, I gave her her time and I waited for her, then two more customers came in and she was still outside smoking! When it was my turn to pay I told her we had to count the tickets to make sure that was the right amount cause sometimes the sellers forget to clear the lottery machine, and the previous customer's balance can be added to de second player,and she got angry and said that she would not attend me again because she was very busy, when I complained that 3 customers waited while she was smoked, she said "Girl you don't have to come back to the store"!but I think that if she doesn't like her job she shouldn't work there, because of her whenever I go she's angry with a shotgun face, always in a bad mood as if the customers were to blame for her problems You can't ask her for anything because she respond in a bad way! I think that when you don't know how to work with people, you should work organizing boxes in a warehouse!by the way luckily the others employees do not have this attitude!!!

Traveled from a city and was going to get gas but I had to use the restroom and the clerk said they have a restroom but it's used for storage,it's a 24 hr store where do the clerks use the restroom, so I decided not to spend my money at a place where I can't use the restroom, I gave 1 star so I can write this,I would have gave no star

I went here on 10/3/2022 to get gas. After we paid for the gas we found out the pump didn't work. We asked for the cashier to put it on a different pump she said the money went back to my card. I'm not sure why but I asked for the receipt showing that it went back. I looked in my bank account today and it never did. So my husband looked at the receipt. She refunded it back as cash. And I never received any cash from her. I know it's $20 but my thing is if she did it to me how many other people has she done it to. I will be calling in the morning and talking to a manager. Because she has to be stopped. Bad thing is is if she needed something my husband and I would of helped her out
