Subject: Complaint about Customer Service at Your StoreDear Manager,I hope this email finds you well.I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your store located at 8003 Lake Underhill Dr. in Orlando, Florida on the evening about 10:46pm, Friday, February 2, 2024.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a big burly clerk with big curly hair who, instead of offering a proper greeting, looked at me and mumbled, "What do you need?" I was taken aback by this unprofessional and impolite approach and asked him to repeat himself. I said excuse me? What did you say?. To my surprise, he repeated the same question, showing a complete lack of respect and courtesy.When I confronted the clerk about his inappropriate behavior and reminded him of the importance of a proper greeting to customers, he offered a dismissive and unapologetic response, stating that he “had been using the same approach all day. “I found this response to be unacceptable and indicative of a concerning lack of customer service training and professionalism.Regrettably, as a result of this unpleasant encounter, I quickly purchased $20 of gas and left the store feeling exasperated and disrespected. As a customer, I expect and deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and the behavior displayed by your clerk fell far short of these expectations.I strongly believe that such conduct does not reflect the standards of service that your store aims to provide. I sincerely hope that you will address this matter promptly to ensure that other customers do not have to experience similar treatment in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope for a prompt and positive resolution to this unfortunate situation.Sincerely,

Today was a rough day !! I had court I forgot my debit card at home and I only had my credit card. I asked the girl behind the counter with the colorful if there were anyway she could take 10 dollars off my creditcard so I could park. She tried aBuy she didn't give up she got herself wall we t and did 10 dollar cash back d asked me if Icould return it later just ask for the manag a r that was h we r . She said be safe and good luck.When I came back, she was so surprised. She said she's done this a few times before. But no one's actually come back and paid her back. A sweet, lovely young lady to help me out. Even though she's been burned in the past thanks manager.

Cashier named claudio during 8pm shift was incredibly rude. One cant ask a question about an item before making him visibly angry and making buying there a miserable experience.

I gotta say I’ve been coming to this stores for years. I use to go just because it was the most convenient gas station for me to go. After more then a few bad experiences I stopped going. Now over these last few months, I come to this 7-11 everyday because the new management here is incredible! The Manager Megan is amazing and really nice and sweet and knows how to treat her customers. She’s very smart and always has the answers to my questions. I told her about this one snack I like and she made sure to order it for me. The store always has my drinks and snacks stocked that I like and it’s the cleanest store I’ve seen in a long time. I will be coming back here everyday if it stays like this. Also they have the best Halloween decorations I’ve seen at any retail store. P.s the employee I believe named Marco is freaking awesome and hilarious. The kid cares about his job and it shows.

I want give credit where due. I'm wheelchair bound and go to therapy multiple times per. I started stopping in to get red bull and little things like pon de bono (amazing!) There two lovely ladies working that have always greeted me with a smile and honestly go above and beyond to assist me and make it a pleasant stop.Today she even made my coffee because I was cold. I will update their names but people like them are blessings to encounter especially tough days.

The guy that works there is crazy and extremely rude I even feel in danger going to that store I don’t understand how people like him is working there, poor customer service and it’s definitely the worst store I have been. The guy should be in therapy he has serious problems. I’ll never go back there and I recommend to everybody not going there.

Upon entry I was not greeted there was only 1 person working it was a male associate and he was extremely rude very nonchalant attitude and refuse to honor a manufacturer's coupon saying that the owner Mona did not want any coupons accepted at this location no matter who they were from. The service at this particular 711 has gone downhill for the last couple of years and seems to be progressively getting worse I think it's time for a new owner.

I go to the store quite frequently. I would just like to say that staff is wonderful .The other day, I went in there, and the manager and other women rebecca were there . They were super helpful and not only helped me find what I was looking for but also talked me into to buying the new Celsius flavor and It's now my fave

I can't give a zero star, today 11/4/2023 around 4pm I went to buy a coffee and asked the young man whose name is Luis, well that's what he said his name was since he didn't have a name tag, did he have the new one scratch game for five dollars, and very rudely he answered that he didn't know what it was and obviously I told him that if he worked there he had to know what he was selling, and again very rudely he answered what you see there is what I have, what He didn't have to know what I wanted, and he called the police and tried to give me a traspass for just asking about the game that had just come out yesterday, if that made me feel good, I can imagine every person who comes in and asks him what Same as me, I'm sorry but with this type of employees they will lose business since instead of offering they practically send you to another store to buy, because he said he refused sale to me a ticket.

The experience at this location has been extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. The bathrooms are never working, and the clerk does not act too kindly to people of color.

Staff is always very nice and professional. Very clean place. Dwayne, sorry if I spelled it wrong, that guy deserves like ten raises. He's awesome always lifting spirits when he's busy and just focused on the guest experience. Very professional and a very very valuable team member ya got there. Wish I had more on my team like him.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The woman running the store late morning today (8-17) was lazy and rude. Said she was not walking to the second register and had me come to the first. It was closer to her at the lotto machine(she was putting in tickets that I'm assuming we're her own... Cause I was the only customer in the store and I don't play. She finished her tickets before bothering with my purchase, and them proceeded to talk badly about my company's product to my face... I will not be going here again

Just walked out of this 7-Eleven location with the wrong product behind the counter. I was not shown the product or the percentages for which I was purchasing for “security” reasons. After purchasing the product, it’s tossed over to me to realize it was incorrect. When I mention this to the employee, he tells me there is nothing I could do and was denied a refund. I do not understand why I was overcharged and received the wrong product, but I deserve a response from management as this is unacceptable customer service. I would include a photo of my receipt, but that was thrown away by the associate. 5/16/22 at 8:32 PM
