The store owner is very rude and feels like he can treat and talk to his employees any kind of way. He clearly doesn’t care about the safety of his employees if he did he wouldn’t have one female worker working alone at night. Although this is a franchise store he still should abide by cooperate rules. Cooperate should really look into this store owner. For the most part the employees are always nice he’s the only asshole. Tyra is the best though always greets customers and is fast and efficient.

I went to this store the owner stared screaming at me When I asked if he can please finish with me before helping other customers it is clear that he has a problem with women dangerous a female employee come in and said to him what are you doing he stared screaming at her I was so scare for my life and her pls pls stop going to this store let’s boycott this store women that go into this store are at risk of bring assault by him

Please do not bring your money to this store owner. . his very arrogant , just because he owns the store he thinks he can talk to people however he want to . The way he treats people of color is even worst , the way he treats his employees people shouldn’t even work for this company . No wonder why everyone always leaving . Went to go get gas with card and cash the attendant wouldn't do my transaction for the gas I needed and threw my cash on the floor with multiple people in the store! Then yelled get your cash! I know working registers for many many many years that it's possible if you actually know how to do the job!This young kid was very unprofessional and that's why I don't ever like coming to 711 stores because most the time the workers have the absolute worst attitudes!

They suck made my fiance do 4 separate transactions just to get gas does anyone train people anymore. This worker clearly needs trained. He was rude to my fiance through his cash on the ground in front of him. Bad customer service skills buddy we won't be coming back to this 711 anytime soon

Young girl always on her phone talking to her friends and cussing right in front of me with her friends. I confronted her and was met with apathy. Doesn't say hello or even look up while I'm cashing out. On her phone the whole time. Terrible. The other guy on overnights is awesome! Super friendly and even chats sometimes. Would give 5 star for him. The girl needs to learn a lesson about life. She's at work not home on her couch

Talk about rude and nasty. ... When I walked in the cashier was on a video call. I wasn't greeted and she became upset when I asked why I was being charged extra for ice. I often stop in for coffee and ice and have never been charged 50 cents. She got completely upset so I asked for my money back. She refused to refund me and said I should of asked first. .... Something ove never had an issue with (as I repeated multiple times). She continued to say ..."nothing is free", not realizing that HER ATTITUDE is definitely FREE!! I sure didn't offer nor ask to buy that!
