Worst experience ever, Spanish guy with a grey hat was so rude, he should not be working with the public if he has personal issues o hates the world, I never had this experience in any other 7 eleven. Do not go to this location.

Used to come here regularly for lighters and tobacco products. I look pretty young for my age, but nonetheless have a working and valid id. Not once, but three times, I was met with rudeness and disbelief that I am of legal age. The gentleman working the front
only speaks Spanish, and the third time I went he wouldn’t let me purchase at all, even with a valid id. It was embarrassing and just confusing all around, he couldn’t give me an explanation and I ended up just leaving without getting anything. The real kicker is my boyfriend who is younger than me, still of age, but younger with a beard was able to go in and buy the same products no questions asked, and they didn’t even ask for an id. Not sure what his issue is. Sexism maybe? I’m not looking for a gas station employee to give me advice or judgements on whether I should be smoking or not. Will not be returning.

I wonder if management knows the restrooms are “not in service” my daughter had to use the bathroom and was refused, I feel like the “ not in service” is a lazy employee not wanting to clean the restroom…don’t they use it????!!?!? Make it make sense this happened at 4:PM on Black Friday

Your bathroom was absolutely disgusting. As are 99% of all 7-11 bathrooms, 99% of the time. Do better. There should be a health inspector for bathrooms this is a problem absolutely everywhere. The most profitable industry tied to the most disgusting bathrooms, the most processed, devoid of nutrient foods. No wonder there's poo everywhere!!!

Clerk failed to give me some lottery tickets. When I got home I noticed they were not in with the rest. He seemed new and there was a woman working with him that did give me one of them while he was printing them. I got distracted because the card reader wasn't working well but paid and left. Later when I realized, I called but the number went to a fax machine and the one on the website is no longer in service. I called corporate trying to resolve it as this is a half hour drive for me and wanted to ask them to mail them to me. I saw they were printed and I paid $55.00 for advance play tickets. I just want my merchandise, and wanted to let the manager know, but it's impossible to reach them. Always get a receipt!! I am glad I did but am not sure I can get those tickets. Corporate hasn't responded either, it's been two days. So, odds are my tickets are in someone else's pocket. Very disappointed.

Young Hispanic girl literally throwing the receipt in front of me. Not rude but very disrespectful. Wish i have taken a video.
There are no employees like that in my business, but if there were, they will be fired right away.

The workers don’t speak English.. this is the last time I’ll be going there. Sucks because it’s the closest gas station to me. I just went in to purchase something and the kid behind the counter took 30 seconds to finish his text while I stood there and waited. And he couldn’t pick out the product I wanted because he can’t speak or read English

The food here is never fresh. The dark short lady probably the owner gives a bad vibes. On my last visit, no napkins were available and the taquitos were rock hard.
