Avoid this place. The cashier puts her own 711 account for every transaction. She has 60k points from customers. I won't be back. Shady business.

When anyone visits a local 7 eleven. The customer does not want to be greeted with an angry employee.. Unfortunately she is a black women that has worked there for some time now .. I don't know how but anyway. Very rude and disturbing this lady is .. she needs to leave her personal life out of her work place and practice customer service.

That 7-Eleven looks like it's been there since the early 1980s. It's literally a eyesore. It's on McCoy and McCoy's right next to one of the oldest neighborhoods in Orlando and the eyesore itself known as Taft, vineland and McCoy's. Basically bell which is a suburban area for the middle class and upper middle class bordering greater Orlando aviation area. I don't know if it's just me or if it's just that 7-Eleven location but it's really petty. The lady who works inside is very disrespectful. Very impatient and she has a complex. Obviously I'm not going to talk about someone but either she has a problem with working there or despises working there or the neighborhood or typical people who may remind her of other people she's encountered. It seems like she brings her problems to work. There's always something with her. She's very disrespectful and I'm not one to bring up immigration, but she's obviously not an American born citizen so maybe there's stress there or some type of jealousy or hatred me personally since I've encountered this individual the middle age, black lady with the Jamaican accent or Haitian accent who's basically a know-it-all but doesn't really know anything other than what products are sold in the 7-Eleven that looks like it's falling apart hasn't been repaired since the hurricane came and damaged the top, which I'll include in the photos. I think it's getting repaired now, but the 7-Elevens in between the Wendy's and the Taco Bell can't miss it.

I am not from the area. Stop to get a bottle of water and to use the bathroom. The doors on the bathroom would not closed, I told a lady employee and she said she was too busy to help, then she came and the doors had to shut to be able to closed. She was super rude and unprofessional. I did not get her name but for a morning experience, it was not pleasant.

Nothing extra special here, we'll what more can you expect from a 7-eleven convenience store? The warm and accommodating lady saved this rating. We had no choice, we need a quick stop for snacks, our late flight arrived past midnight we were starving. Found what we need, paid it and left as soon as we were done.

Hands down the worse customer service. Everytime I go in there is an issue. I saw the cashier literally grab and break what she was going to purchase, mean while accusing her of putting items in her bag. Yelling and swearing at her. I get to the register, what u was going to purchase I guess was in the wrong place. I bring it to his attention. He didn't care at all. Said there is nothing he can do, "711 just changes the price when they want, this is the price that it is." Horrible horrible employees like him is why people do not return. Also I witnessed the same employee ask for rewards, the customer said no and the employee put HIS NUMBER.then wanted to argue cuz the client saw a discount and the employee said, That's his number his discount.
