It's quite refreshing to support local businesses that actually care for their customers. I don't have a favorite rep because everyone at A&M Tires provides top-tier service and products. In and out this morning in less than an hour, which included waiting my turn, assessing the problem, and resolving it. Been going to them for years, and they never disappoint. The lady in the black jeep who was almost in tears this morning says, "Thank You".

Was in travelling path's of Orlando FL area, and my SUV came across some tire issues. Glad I found this honest & experienced tire shop as they didn't upsell me any extra service. Also provided extra options that would resolve the issue quicker and within budget. Dealt with Sam (Eddie for swift Tie-Rod replacement); he has a giant heart to find you in a safe situation when it comes to tire repair. I cant THANK them enough for his direct insight and hospitality. There are good shops out there and this is definitely one I have came across, no worries to get their recommendation.

I didn't even have to step foot in this establishment to know that I didn't want them to service my car. They need to learn customer service skills whether in person or over the phone. It's just as important as hard skills!

There are no zero stars, in this place they changed my spare tire for a completely destroyed one, of course I did not check and they changed it, the flat one was due to garbage that they kept in the trunk of the car... everything is returned, Mr. Fredy and Team, be honest. In case there was any doubt, this was last year, only until today when I passed by and saw them, I thought about how many more people would do things like that to them. ??

Edwing gave me the price to replace a bearing in my car $200.00 without the parts
I took the parts to him and when he had installed the parts he told me that they were not the right size and that it was bad that I had to pay because he had done his job. That mechanic installs parts that are not the right size without notifying the client because he called me when he had already finished the work and if I wanted to fix it I had to pay 3 or 4 hundred more total I had to pay him $350 dls for his mistake he always blamed me My reason is that I carried the parts, he washed his hands, because he is protected by the company's parts policy, I can sue him for his inefficiency. I don't know if he has a license or not, but I only write this so that they can be careful and don't want them. see the face like mine.
