Left a message on the app. The guy called back around 12:00 told me the price and said he would be to get my car after he was done with the job he was done. 3 hours pass by now tow truck, no follow up call nothing. I called and gave him the address again, explained my situation that I've been stranded. He says ok I'll call when I'm on the way. 5 hours past no tow truck call the number back and he wouldn't answer. Left messages, no response. 6 hours I called again he answered and said I ran into an emergency that's why I didn't answer. I will be there, I'll call you when I'm on the way. I let him know my phone is low and almost dead. He said well I can't help that your phone is going dead, I'll call you when I'm on the way. I asked will it be before 9 because the auto parts store is closing at 9 and I'll be in the parking lot alone. He said I can't tell you that I'll call you when I'm on the way. Here it is the next day, still no call no truck. I have never experienced a company this unprofessional in my 43 years of leaving. I'm a manager and I would never treat my customers like this. Poor communication, ignores phone calls, did not show up. I waited because I was truly trying to do business with this company because I was referred to them. I usually don't leave reviews but this was an awful experience. I'm already in a stressful situation, missing work, while stranded with my car. This company did NOT make it better. If you're not going to help please be honest. Don't lie and keep customers waiting if you're not going to show up. That's NOT how you do business. Please don't respond saying this is not true because it's definitely true. My advice for anyone thinking about using this company, please please have a backup plan. Like my experience they never showed up after telling me he would several times, then ignoring and not showing up to help a customer who really needed help. Please look for other options or you will remain stranded as I am today. Now I am looking for a reliable company to come and pick up my car.

Unreliable. Do not Use A2Z Towing.
They promised me, over the phone, a tow in 45min. After an hour, I called them back for a revised ETA and was promised another 30min. Still, no show. 90 min from first call, I called a third time and they wouldn’t even answer my call. Very disappointing.

Terrible they delete reviews they don't like and rip people off charged 864 dollars for tow truck because he said he needed to put dollies under the wheels the car was stuck in park and he took advantage okay it was this company 100% don't expect me to use your services again.
