To make it simple , yes he did vaccum and clean , but I am 100% didnt remove the seats as what the package was saying . If so why would be there a lot of scraps under the seat and at the corners , and the seat bolts ( where they are installed ) have dirt all over them as if they were untouched.
In addition , how come when I arrived 3 hrs the seats dont have marks from using a shampoo machine ? I have done my research and seen a lot of people . The seats were partially cleaned ( front ones)
So this 500 usd detailing job can be defintley a 250 ( max)
Look somewhere else , and always stay with whoever will detail your car.
I am updating the comment. He said he worked for 5 hrs and the pictures shows when we dropped and picked the car lol ( 3 hrs exact ) so another claim that is not ture . And if you did this pristine job then post all the pictures when you removed the seats !
400 was for the interior ( removing the seats ) which was not delivered , and 65 for pet hair ( you charged 75 and gave you a totall of 500 usd )

Several weeks ago, I booked a mobile detail for 2 cars for this morning and they never showed. I also messaged them to see if they were coming and they never responded.

There’s a reason Marvin has 189 5 star reviews. He is amazing. My car was a disaster and Marvin was the only one who responded to my call with such short notice. He took his time, paid attention to an immense amount of detail, and has an incredible work ethic. Not to mention, he was great to talk to and very friendly. I’ll be using his services again. Highly recommend!!

Had AAA & Jay come out this past weekend to detail my car. Love that they come to you, first of all, but then he was so incredibly kind and thorough (a self-admitted perfectionist)!I had another company cancel on me last-minute and he was able to schedule me quickly and then do such an incredibly thorough and above-and-beyond job that I’m actually very thankful for the inconvenience of the other place canceling.I would recommend AAA & Jay 100 times over to anyone who asks and I’ll be posting recommendations for him on all of my community sites just so people know THIS is the way to go!
