Called for a tow a 3pm and was given a pickup time of 6:30pm. I could not wait that long so I canceled the tow. I was at work so I got a ride home and would call earlier the next day. The next day I called at 12pm and again was given the time of 6:30pm. I had to cancel at 8pm because the tow never came and i work in a gate parking lot and the custodians were leaving. I never received a call to say we're going to be late or we can't make it.

The AAA workers who were at the McDonald's on 17-92 should guide carefully, slow down since they are in a parking lot.

Terrible customer service, this office need to close soon , Gabriel Lewis, never follow up the customer and if you have any problem or questions the office text to you call 1800…I’m pass really hard situation, I’m apply for the combo house and car, switch to AAA, a month later they do the inspection and have two issue.One was a trampoline ( need to removed) in 30 daysI’m removed same dayButPool fence ( in that moment I’m in the middle to renovating my pool area and ask for more time to send the pictures and the last day they respond.)The Underrider say your police it’s canceled…So, next day. I don’t have insurance for my cars and for my house.Terrible I don’t recommend to any homeownerAnd nobody answer the phone call in this office no email no text

Our problems with Waterford started when we had solar panels installed. We got a quote from them for the umbrella policy we needed prior to install. When we were ready to activate the policy they refused to write. But the biggest problem is, I find out last week that I currently have no home owners insurance. My husband and our mortgage lender call the actual insurance company to find out why. They say that Waterford cancelled our insurance stating they requested information from us that we never provided. We received no communication from Waterford about needing information. They have our email address and phone numbers. No one contacted us. My husband emailed Waterford to find out what the information was they were needing and why they didn't contact us. We have received no communication back. Doesn't really matter because I don't want to use their services anymore anyway.

Called ahead to get international Drivers license. They told me what bring and cost. Got there and the location told me they don't do that and it is am ongoing problem.Guy was nice but still cost me 50 min trip and tolls.Great bunt cake place next door

I would give zero stars, I would. These people do not answer the phones during business hours. They take forever to call you back, IF they even call you back. They are suppose to represent you as your insurance agent, but basically leave you out on your own and then swear that they called or emailed you. When I find a better insurance, I want NO TIES with Waterford Insurance, you are not my agent!

I would give zero stars, I would. These people do not answer the phones during business hours. They take forever to call you back, IF they even call you back. They are suppose to represent you as your insurance agent, but basically leave you out on your own and then swear that they called or emailed you. When I find a better insurance, I want NO TIES with Waterford Insurance, you are not my agent!
