The place was great n very clean, but no one there to help you out. Only one person in the office with another customer, n no one to help me out at all. I just walk n walk n waited as long as I could!! Lots of good stuff but sadly no one to help me at all. There were 3 customers n myself at the same time. I went on a Saturday!!

Worst Aaron’s ever find a different store this location has rude employees such lista not sure how to spell her name but she is very rude and unprofessional and don’t know how to do her job I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE

Terrible Terrible experience with this store. This store should’ve just close down old manager Lucas sold me dreams that Craig came and crushed. After about a year on my lease I decided to not continue paying these guys. The day I got my items which were a king bed dresser set that was in the back of the store in their sale section. The set was in good shape i also got a mattress that was supposedly never opened it had just got canceled for another customer so they had it marked for lower price. The day of the delivery the bed set looked nothing like it did when I had seen it at the store it was scratched up pretty bad and had scuffs all over. The workers even asked me to come take a look at the mattress before they brought it up because they said it didn’t look like I would want it . The mattress was a dirty used mattress with high mileage on it. I called the store immediately and they said the guys must’ve grabbed the wrong mattress which I believe was a lie because I ended up having to wait over a week for another one that they had to get from another store. I had already got rid of my old mattress and had no choice but to put a cover on the used mattress for the mean time. They also said they were going to come touch up the furniture and they never did and I ended up turning it in because of how much I was paying for used scratched stuff and for the terrible service. After almost a year of making payments I ended up getting laid off and getting behind on payments. When the store contacted me I let the guy know my situation and he said no worries because I was paying for Aaron’s club membership and that covers me in situations like this and he said he’d notate my account and a manager would contact me for the information. when someone does finally contact me after some time I spoke to Craig and he says im behind on payments and need to make a payment today or turn in the merchandise. I tell him my situation and about the previous convo I had with them and he says he dont know why they told me that and how he’s the new manager and that the old manager did a lot of things wrong. He tells me how that person was wrong and that my membership isn’t active so I’m not eligible. I explain how just started a new job and I have about three weeks until a i get my first check and they don’t want to hear none of that. They harass you with phone calls and show up at your home banging on your door if you ever miss a payment. Needless to say I missed two payments of 53$ dollars on a mattress and these guys were giving me no option but to pay money I couldn’t pay at the time or give them back the used mattress and sleep on the floor. I decided to take the same 120$ they were harassing me over and buy my self a way more comfortable mattress and not have these people harassing me and treating me like a dog. They came to my house at 8am on a Saturday morning banging on my door even knocking on my bedroom windows to pick up a mattress that I had already told Craig I was going to schedule a pick up with them. They never called me to schedule a time they just showed up at the time they did on a Saturday luckily I didn’t call the police on the miserable guy even knocking on my windows . That guy needs to be fired knocking on peoples windows and banging on doors for 15 minutes at 8am on a Saturday is obsurd with no appointment too!!

Yes THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY OTHER REVIEW AARON'S HAS HELPED ME IN MY TIME OF NEED VERY MUCH YES THEY WILL WORK WITH U GREG AND ALTON VERY HELPFUL AND REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER IF U NEED ANY HELP THE MANAGER GREG WILL HELP U BECAUSE HE HELPED ME ALOT A CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS YRS AND ALTON VERY HELPFUL AND CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS SO I DO RECOMMEND AARON'S BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Rude customer service my Xbox broke was promised a loner one while it was being fix never got it was told it will take two weeks to get fixed and when I asked if I still had to pay for the Xbox while not using it and I was told yes now as far as my dest tops computer I was promised to get it cleaned out since I payed it off now the lady said since I have paid it off I can’t get it serviced but yet I have been trying ever since the last month I paid I will never go threw Aaron’s again they lost a loyal customer and I advise people to make sure you get everything in writing when you buy from them

I have yet to get the rest of my merchandise that I paid for. I already made my first payment and it’s going into another month that they haven’t contact me regarding the rest of my items. Everytime I call they say something different and didn’t confirm when will I get the rest of my things. I don’t mind paying for my things. I don’t like the fact I paid and I don’t have everything. And nobody won’t return my call or correct the situation. So this will be my first and last time doing business with Aaron’s. Because I shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble for things I paid my money for. It wasn’t trouble for them to get my payments from me. So it shouldn’t be trouble for them to give me the things I paid for. I haven’t made this an big issue I have been giving them time to touch bases with me and contact me regarding my things and now it’s June 18th and I still haven’t receive any update about the rest of my things.

YES I HAVE BEEN WITH AARON'S FOR A FEW YRS NOW I CALLED ON NOV 26TH AND ASKED THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERED IF I GOT AN AGREEMENT TODAY WHEN MY PAYMENT WOULD BE DUE SHE SAID WHEN DO YOU GET PAID I SAID DEC 3RD SHE SAID PAYMENT WOULD BE DUE DEC 3 HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE AND IT TAKES AARON'S A WEEK TO DELIVER I WONT EVER GO BACK I WAS BUT NOT WITH MONEY HUNGRY ATTITUDE STORE ON SOUTH OBT AND HOLDEN

I had a wonderful experience the manager Derek was awesome I had to give my son game back due to hard times and he worked out a deal so that I can finish paying for my son game which helps a lot because my son has adhd and his game is the only thing that helps keep him calm at times so he was definitely a blessing to my family. So far, my experience has not been pleasant. I got over the fact of being forced to have a card number stored on file, but when my appliances were delivered, I was told that they could not hookup a gas dryer. I was told to call the gas company, which I did, but of course the gas company doesn’t install appliances. So, until I pay someone to install the dryer, it’s just sitting. I’ve emailed the myexperience address with no response to date. Please note that the one star was only given because Google does not have an option for zero.
