Derrick is pretty amazing I mean they all are but he is always upbeat and keeps me laughing making my day better with his terrible jokes. I've been a customer over 6 years and they always fix any issues I may have like recently with bed controller. Derrick is always professional and pleasant, I see some negative reviews but in all my years I have never had a bad experience.

I just spoke with Derek and he is AMAZING!!! this store has been the best store I have ever dealt with. I got the "transformer couch" from them. I can not speak highly enough of these guys!!

My wife and I had a great experience here from start to finish. Derek Wells was especially helpful in paying off our awesome living room set quickly and hasslefree. Overall I would recommend this specific location based on the treatment we’ve received,the services, and the product. Thank you guys!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered furniture in December 2023, and everything was fine until October 2024, when I needed to move apartments within my complex. I called Aarons to ask if they could help move the furniture, and they confirmed this was a service they offered. I scheduled the move two weeks in advance.
The Saturday before moving day, I stopped by the store and confirmed my Monday appointment with the manager, Derrick. I even saw my name written in the book. But on Monday, no one showed up, and no one answered the phone. On Tuesday, I finally reached someone who claimed I was never on the schedule. Derrick then told me I was supposed to call to “confirm the time,” even though we had confirmed everything in person.
I explained I had to move immediately to avoid extra rent. Derrick said he’d call me back within an hour and assured me someone would help, but five hours passed without a response. When I called back, he blamed me for not following up earlier. He promised someone would come by 7 PM, but no one showed.
By Wednesday, someone finally came out, but they only moved half the furniture and damaged my nightstand in the process. Frustrated, I called on November 16 to schedule a pickup and have been dealing with the same issue ever since. No one shows up for the scheduled pickups, and instead, they leave notes on my door while I’m at work—despite knowing my availability.
Every time I call, I have to explain the situation again, and they just apologize and schedule another failed pickup. I’ve even requested a call from corporate, but no one has contacted me. Now they’re claiming I owe payment for “keeping the furniture,” which is damaged, incomplete, and non-functional.
Aarons’ lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. I’ll never shop here again and strongly recommend others avoid them as well.

My wife and I were looking for some new couches, and decided to stop in to see what they had, we immediately were greeted by Jackie, she held our hand and showed us all our options and even showed up when the furniture was delivered. After a week we didn’t like the couches so we went back and once again Jackie gave us 10 Star service and helped us pick up new ones. Jackie you are the best and we really enjoyed shopping at Aaron’s, it has restored our faith in rent-to-own.
