Ordered online only to have it canceled for being out of stock. However, when I went in, they had plenty. Horrible customer service, completely useless and lazy staff. Cancel orders they don't feel like filling ahead of time.

We went to look for an order in Orlando and there were very few options, it was small, then we went to one located in Sebring and it was spectacular for people looking for wine options, and of course alcoholic beverages, they have a wine dispenser to use before buy, the staff was very attentive and very friendly and everything is also very clean and tidy!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Unfortunately I was unable to get access to the humidor because the manager spent an excessive amount of time in the bathroom. I waited over 20 minutes and she didn’t come out. I was unable to purchase any cigars.

This store doesn't look anything like what it used to, I guess it's been run down a lot. The vibe and the exterior environment needs a lot of work and special attention. Being environmentally friendly and focused on doing what I do, I have a real pet peeve about companies with several code violations who don't look after their surrounding environments. I get a real bone to pick when I see these rich corporations making dumps out of our neighborhoods. I'm not even willing to go shopping inside there, if I feel like the business may be participating in some illegitimate practices! I think it's time ABC liquor prepares to be audited! There's definitely more to this story than the face of this company even wants to show us! Now to be fair in fact there are plenty of code violations between CVS and ABC to be shared together!
