The employees at that location who handle the calls are not the right people for customer service. They simply don’t want to do their job. They don’t assist you when you call, they just put you on hold so you’ll hang up. Terrible customer service.

I have a business account with them, but the customer service at this location is very poor. They put you on hold for hours every time you call the office so you get tired and block the call. The manager should be aware of this and correct this behavior.

I have never done this before in my 3 years as a salesperson, but I would like to give a special review to this team here. I came in at lunch time, interrupted the boss (outside) on his way to lunch and he still shook my hand and gave me a person inside that I could talk to. Upon entering the building 2 different guys (Keith and Robert) went out of their way to get me the person we needed to speak to. Now if I was a paying customer, this would be an avg 5 star review, but I came in as a salesperson, meaning my goal is to get them to spend money on my services, and let me tell ya if they will treat me with that kind of respect and decency, you can only imagine how they treat their customers.
Kudos to this entire team for making my day.

This abc is awesome. They have bi lingual customer service reps. The wait was minimal for receiving the material and they always have what I need in stock 10 for 10 highly recommend.

If I could I would give a zero star Danielle Bryan is a very rude and not helpful individual. My client has ordered a door and she refused to provide an invoice of any kind when asked to speak to the person in charge of her she refused and hung up the phone. This is very sad of this company if they have a sales rep like this.

Customer service is great the outside workers the forklift operators everybody in that company does an awesome job on working together to getting the customer out and back on the road

My first time in this place delivering semi-trucks, I arrived at 7am, there were two trucks ahead of me. and at 8:40 I was already empty. They have a sign that says they start at 8am. If you arrive at 6am you will wait longer than necessary. Here they work well and fast and when you enter the office for ck-in, just wow...

The slowest and worst place to unload a truck, my people here, there is no point in arriving early, you will wait a long time and they don't care if you have other support, they don't value your compliance by arriving early.
